“Welcoming relaxing immaculate”

What a lovely, lovely hotel (and staff). We were the first guests of the season. Passed the hotel on many occasions but walked in one day and booked for the following year this May and September. We have found a little gem of a hotel and are looking forward to our next stay. You would think you were out in the country but in fact the centre of Hisaronu is only a minute away.

“Fabulous - Great accommodation, friendly staff and central location!”

I stayed here with a group of 19 friends / family ages 4 - 75 in May 2014. The resort of Hisaronu is fabulous and Bayrams Place is the perfect place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great and the accommodation is superb. We stayed in a self catering apartment which was huge! It had a big double bedroom, a huge shower / toilet, and spacious kitchen / living area with TV. The living area had a single bed and 2 double sofa beds.

The bar area has pool, table tennis, darts and large TV. Free WiFi in Bar and top end of pool area.

There is a spar and azda within a minute walk if you turn left out of the hotel and if you turn right there is a minimarket and BIM which is a very cheap supermarket within a few minutes. There are many many bars / restaurants / shops within a minutes walk. Boat Bar has a free Bucking Bronco, Paddys has free use of PS3.

We had a great chinese meal at Dragonera and an amazing turkish meal at Festival Restaurant. We went on a boat trip (Tommys) organised via the hotel which was a great day out and included a BBQ lunch with fish, chicken, spaghetti, bread, salad etc. The trip is really cheap but the onboard prices for drinks and ice cream are expensive.

The beach at Olu Deniz and Blue Lagoon is a 10 minute Dolmus ride away and costs less than £1 each, children free.

I would 100% recommend this accommodation and resort to anyone visiting Turkey.

Thank you to Bayram, Mustafa, John and Mahmook for making our stay with you perfect!

“A Turkish Delight”

Just got back from spending 4 weeks at this first class hotel.and cant fault a thing,as most people have said the rooms are kept spotless the bed we slept in in the hotel room was very comfertable, and changed every couple of days, the towels were better than some 4 star hotels we have been to.so many people have been going to Bayrams hotel for years and seem to meet friends from one holiday to another,The hotel is run by Two brothers and a sister who from morning to night look after you very well, nothing is too much trouble for them,Its so peacefull at breakfast times sitting amongst the greenery,The included breakfast was quite nice, olso the lunch menue was good the home made chips go down well.we did eat evening meals but like most people like to get out at night to sample other restaurants. There is so much i could say about this place all good,
this family deserve to get on as each year they spend thier profit on inproving the hotel with some very nice modern apartments. The pool is kept clean and always a free bed,
For the price you pay you would be very pleased with your accomodatoin.
We would without doubt recommend this hotel, and our good wishes go out to Bayram and Family we wish them well for the next years bookings.Mary and Bryan

“Lovely hotel, perfect location!”

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at this hotel and really couldn't fault it.
Transfers were booked through the hotel, which were very efficient and we had a very pleasant transfer to and from the resort. We arrived at around 2am and were met by Mustafa who offered us very welcoming drinks before showing us to our room.
The room was very clean, modern and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space (and hangers!) and a comfortable double bed.
The pool area was fantastic! Plenty of space and sun loungers, despite this hotel being full and when sunbeds were getting tight, Bayram purchased a further 8 in case they were needed.
Service in the bar and restaurant was very good, breakfast nice but basic and day time snack menu very reasonably priced. Cannot comment on evening meals as we ate out every night.
Maid service was also very good, not at all intrusive (as I have encountered in previous hotels).
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel, brilliant location and very well run by a lovely family who all work extremely hard to make sure guests are happy.
We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend.

Liked best: Swimming pool and friendly staff.
Liked least: As we booked the hotel only 4 weeks in advance, availability was limited and so we had to move rooms 6 nights into our stay in order for us to be accommodated. The room we moved to was not as comfortable as the first but would stay in either again.

“Great hotel managed by great people”

This is a great hotel just minutes away from the centre but far enough away that you are not disturbed by the nightlife. We had one of the attic apartments which was huge. We had a huge bedroom and my son slept in the living room/diner on a real bed, and there was still loads of room, enough for a table & chairs and 2 settees and TV. There was also a microwave, kettle, toaster and hob, and most importantly a fridge.
The whole place is very clean and our apartment was kept exceptionally clean by the 2 ladies who worked hard everyday.
But the real joy of this place is the staff, Mustafa and Bayram and the rest of the guys. They work very hard and nothing is any trouble at all. They operate a tab system where you pay every couple of days so no need for cash on you all the time. We never had any queries with our bills as the guys know exactly what they are doing. The prices here are the same as the bars so they don't rip you off by charging more which I'm sure a lot of hotels do.
There is also free pool which my son and I used frequently.
This is the only hotel where we never had to fight for sun beds, there are plenty, in fact on one occasion the pool was full although there were some beds left, but Bayram ordered more just in case which were delivered the next day.
All in all a great place and you won't be disappointed.

“We picked the perfect place to stay!”

We arrived late at night, to find Mustafa waiting for us at the bar ready to pour us very welcome cool drinks. Our top-floor apartment looked good straight away, and it was great to have a big, comfortable bed to sink into after a long journey. The following morning, with the sun streaming in and the mountain/pool views to enjoy while we ate breakfast on the balcony, it was lovely. There is a big bedroom and a big open-plan kitchen/living room and, of course, a spacious bathroom with wetroom-style shower which doesn't flood the whole room, unlike some I've come across elsewhere! There is a single bed and wardrobe in the living area for those who need them. There is also a TV and (I think) DVD player which we never switched on. We didn't need to pay extra for air-con in this top floor apartment as there was a lovely cool draught through the rooms just by leaving either of the doors to the balcony, plus the side window open.
If you are a serious self-caterer this probably isn't the place for you, but for those of us who want to eat breakfast on our own balcony and maybe make the occasional lunch, it is more than adequate. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and two-burner hob, and if you do want to knock up a casserole, all the pots, pans and utensils are provided. But why bother with all the excellent restaurants just a few minutes' walk away?
The pool and its surroundings are spotlessly clean, and despite being there in peak season and us not being early risers, we never once struggled to find sun-loungers. The bar serves good food and there is free wi-fi around the bar area. At night, it is good to come back from town and have a nightcap at the bar chatting to Mustafa and other guests. This is a very friendly place, both staff and guests, many of whom are repeat visitors. Don't worry about noise from the town keeping you awake at night - Bayram's Place is out of earshot of Hisaronu's rowdier areas.
We loved staying here and didn't want to leave. If we return to Hisaronu, we wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else.
