My husband and I stayed here for 2weeks in June. First thing to say is that the staff in reception are really helpful and polite. They even went and got us 2 extra pillows at 11.30pm, which first I asked our holiday rep 2 days before to get for us and he never did, even though he promised us that we will have them before the night. Food was ok not the best but you could always find something to eat. Breakfast was the worst meal of the day. One day fried eggs next day omelette with no cheese, onion etc just egg rolled up. Meal times are 7pm-9pm. If you go at 7pm it's packed, if you go at 8pm not much left and they start taking the food away. Food has been better at other 3* hotels we have stayed in. Hotel full of Russians. English a minority. Book trips with Jimmy boy as they are half the price of First choice. Swimming pool and beach area nice and clean. Rooms are clean but you do need to pay for a safe and just BBC news and sky news for us English. Rest of TV channels in Russian, French and German. Animation team were good during the day and kept all kids happy. Hotel does cater more for the Russians.Overall hotel ok, wouldn't go back again but would go back to Icmeler but self catering or B&B as food in restaurant is really nice.

My husband was reading comments on TripAdvisor before we went, and I was not looking forward to it, with all the bad reviews it got.
Well, I was wrong to listen to them, the hotel is in a great position, In between Icmeler and Marmaris, both within walking distance, or you can hop on the local bus for 2.5tl, no matter what the distance.
All the staff are really friendly, the entertainment staff were really great, they worked from 10am till about 11pm every day, and done their best to involve everyone in the fun.
Food was great, plenty to choose from, it may not be what we're used to, but we are not there for English food, if that is what you want, stay in Britain!

Some people say the hotel is dated, we'll maybe it is, but it adds to it character, the rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels, and beds changed every other day, I have stayed in hotels abroad, where the bed and towels are lucky if the are changed once a week!

People complained that they never got the sea view they had booked! Sorry you are in the woods the rooms are facing the sea, what more can I say! Look at the brochure, and read what it says. The hotel is built on a hill in the woods, In front of the sea...

There are plenty of stands up and down the seafront if you want to book any trips, Jimmy Boy was in front of our hotel if you wanted to book anything. He was great, he came and greeted you everyday, laughed and joked with you even if you didn't book any trips.

My husband and I booked a Turkish bath on the first day we arrived, it was great, so relaxing, would recommend it.
They say if you have a Turkish bath on your first day or so, it helps you get a better Tan.

My husband and I and our friend had a great time, and we all would go back.

P.S. If you have problems with walking up hills, this not the hotel for you, I would recommend Icmeler (it is flatter here) or Marmaris (which is full of nightlife).

Room Tip: We stayed in the bungalows, and would recommend them if you have young children, as they play music...

second year at this hotel and just as good as last year . Stoped end of May for two weeks , weather great late 20s to mid 30 so not to hot to go on trips. Hotel clean and food good. Could always find something i liked to eat and is a good time to try other things you would not eat at home ( if you dont like at least you did not pay for it). Staff work hard and is always clean. Russians are rude so just play them at there owne game and dont leave a gap so they can push in. Great time of year to go on trips not to hot and not to many people end of May. Boat trip great value and jeep safari is great but be warned you will get VERRY wet , they do not tell you this so have platic bags to put camera and phone in and dont have your hair done the day before lol. Lots of steps so may not be good for all and music can be a bit loud by the bar area.
Would go back again ,is getting a bit old now but is well run , not sure weather some of the new flash hotels would be the same.

Room Tip: away from bar and entertainment area

Great hotel, rooms could do with updating, but are clean.
Food was really nice, with good variety. Lots of Russians at this hotel, and a lot of them are plain rude with no manners.
We booked two trips with jimmy boy, lazy boat trip and jeep safari. Both were amazing, jeep safari we had a massive water fight while driving through the woods. It wouldn't be good for young children if they don't like getting wet. Do take change for the toilet.
I would recommend this hotel with direct access to the water with great views.
Fish a la carte was five courses, there isn't a choice, you get what you are given but it was all yummy.

I stayed 2 weeks from 28th May and it was booked since November 2013 so I had been looking forward to it so much, I wasn't disappointed :0)
We arrived just before 1am and were greeted by brilliant reception staff, especially Sami! He is great at his job, his English is perfect and he is so professional. We were directed to the restaurant where there was some soup and cold meat/salad waiting for us which was great after our long journey travelling and we had time to grab a quick drink before the bar closed at 1am :-) All the front of house staff are great, so friendly and helpful, I felt I could approach them for anything and the bell boys deserve a special mention for helping with our luggage to the room especially Salih and Muhammed.
Rooms were cleaned everyday and were of a good standard.
The all inclusive aspects of the hotel are great, bar is open 9.30am to 1am and drinks available include soft drinks, juice, white/red/rose wine, Effes beer, cocktails and many spirits including raki, vodka, gin, peach schnapps, whiskey, brandy, amaretto and maybe a couple more that I didn't try. There is tea/coffee/water available all the time to help yourself to aswell. Breakfast is 8am-10am, lunch 12pm-2pm and dinner 7pm-9pm. In the restaurant there is 'live' cooking station where there is pancakes and eggs (omlette or fried) for brekkie and lunch and dinner items such as steak, turkey breast, kebabs and turkish pide...the food and deserts are amazing, i don't know how anyone could write anything negative about it. My friend is a really fussy eater but she didn't go hungry anytime in the whole 2 weeks and also tried many new foods as it was sooooo nice. Also the beach bar serves beautiful homemade pizzas plus burgers and chips from about 12.30pm to 4pm if you fancy a change from the restaurant or an afternoon snack. There is cakes/biscuits served by the pool in the afternoon around 4pm and even a soup service in the restaurant from 11.30pm to 12.30am...what more could you possibly want?? Well....there is also an onsite fish and Turkish restaurant that you can make a reservation for once per week, I didn't visit the fish restaurant but I did eat at the Turkish one both weeks and it was beautiful food and great service each time, strongly recommend this!
The entertainment team (shaggy, mayo, ketchup, artur, gulnara, elmira etc) are brilliant, they're new to the hotel this year but they all work really well together and make an effort to get everyone involved. On all previous holidays i've never joined in anything but this time I did loads including morning gym, aqua gym, the afternoon cocktail games around the pool and the club dances and I even was involved in the evening entertainment Miss Marmaris Park (which I won yeay!) that consisted of me making an absolute fool of myself along with 3 others but it was a good laugh. The evening entertainment that we saw was mini disco, the Miss and Mr Marmaris Park, Turkish night with traditional dancers, the animation team did a comedy sketch show, bingo and quiz. On our second week there was a lot more Russian guests so it seemed more geared towards them but it wasn't really a problem.
The location of the hotel is out of this world, as you'll see from the photos its set in the trees and its between Icmeler and Marmaris, only about 20 mins walk to Icmeler and bit further the other way to Marmaris but its a lovely walk (or run if like me you enjoy a morning run before the sun gets too hot!) or you can jump on the dolmus outside the hotel for TL2.50 sooo cheap. On our second week the hotel was full yet there was always available sunbeds around the pool or on the jetty which is great.
We stayed in a bungalow room, 3 adults and there was plenty of room and storage space for clothes. There is a hairdryer in each room but one thing to mention is the shortage of plug sockets, there is only 1 in the main room and 1 in the bathroom, I had read this on a previous review so bought a double adaptor from Amazon which was great so deffo recommend this. There is a safe in the room which costs less than TL30 per week and the wifi is only TL70 per week which I think is very reasonable, the signal is available all over the complex even out on the jetty!
Jimmy Boy is the man to book your excursions with, his prices are not to be beaten, believe me i did check many prices all over and he beat them all! You'll find him in his kisosk at the bottom of the spiral stairs but don't worry as he will find you, such a nice bloke always says hello and has an amazing memory haha. Also worth mentioning there is a gym onsite, its not very big but it does the job with couple of cardio machines, free weights and 2 benches and couple of resistance machines, it could do with updating as some of the multi-gym is broken but its fine.. Also there is a Turkish bath, the indoor pool, sauna, steam room etc are free to use for hotel guests and you can also book treatments such as massage etc.
I could write for days about how great this hotel is! Most people we spoke to are repeat visitors to the hotel and its easy to see why. I've made some real friends on this holiday and its been the best ever. When i'm next in Marmaris (as not doing all inclusive next time) i'll be popping in to say hello for sure!!!

Room Tip: All rooms are good, main building rooms are bigger but also more expensive than the bungalows

Staff are brilliant especially ketchup from the entertainment team, all were very friendly.
Food was Ok,desserts were fab and out of this world, head chef was brill.Rooms were ok showers could have been better.fantastic views and of course Jimmy was friendly and very helpful re boat trips.
nice hairdresser and quite cheap.Entertainment was ok but no hotels appear to have had much in the way of entertainment unless you paid a fortune for hotel in first place.
Local people could not have been nicer.
Would recommend this place as superb location but do not expect English style food.Russian visitors could have been nicer and polite but they did not upset us at all.Drinks at bar, beer is great, whisky and brandy were aromatic vodka?Coffee is wonderful and free to help yourself (we did go all inclusive) loacal but serveice great and cheap, little ferry boat also great but more expensive that local bus.Worth doing a boat trip via Jimmy as so cheap for the whole day.We will be returning again ineither September or May next year.
Thankyou all for the kindness that made our holiday memorable.
Ps 4 star is not like other places of 4 star, more like 2-3star but it did us for the price

Room Tip: All seem to be the same so book the cheapest option

Returned again to the marmaris park for the 5th time and stayed in the hotel section. Visited 20th May to the 10th June, this is the first time that 3 weeks was too long.

They have improved the outside toilets which serve the bar and pool area with a brand new building.

They have also recruited a new young entertainment team which is OK for the younger guests and makes the hotel more lively than previous, but possibly more suited to the 18 - 30 club.
They play a lot of water games which is OK to watch but will eventually prove dangerous with water on a tiled floor.
They evening entertainment is still old hat like last year and resembles a poor pantomime, it is good for small kids and other nationalities who appear to love it. The speciality nights are better than previous years.

The food is similar to previous years with lots of chicken, turkey and fish often in a stew.
This year they have intoduced hors-d'oeuvres seved in a variety of small dishes all very tasty, but there was a lack of stuffed peppers, tomato's etc. The sweets are in abundance and very moreish.

The evening meal opening time is 1900hrs and when the door opens there is a mad rush. The europians stock their tables with every course, with plates overflowing.

I witnessed a Russian couple empty 10 oranges into their bag on 3 nights. Another Russian couple had a plate of deserts with at least 30 pieces of baclava on it. They are exceptionally greedy often tasting part of the sweets and leaving the rest, or taking them to their room for later.

This year there was more kids, a lot more Russians than previous and the standards of decency and aparal has dropped as were things that were not permitted in previous years.

The quality of drinks are all good.
The rooms in the hotel are a good size, 2 ladies who were located in the bungalows were surprised to find that they were 3 story's and should be called apartments.
