Ideal location (on the beach front). Noisy bar opposite though (luckily it shuts at 12). Easy access for wheelchair users, etc. Food and drink good (beer, wines, juices, Raki, Gin, Vodka, Brandy, water, coffee, etc.) - you'll never go hungry or thirsty. Staff very efficient, friendly. Place very tidy/clean/well maintained (although our A/C didn't work well... but I'm sure if I had reported it it would have been fixed!). Highly recommend it for couples/groups/elderly. Entertainment mediocre.

Don't need to pack beach towels or hair dryers - hotel provides them. Safe in room is excellent. Hot water all the time - so you don't have to rush back at the end of the day for a shower. Mudbath trip is a must - long day but memorable.

Stayed here end of October for one week to celebrate my birthday. what a disaster. We booked AI and after a gruelling journey arrived at the hotel 11.45pm. The journey from the airport took 2 hours and the mad driver who ferried us to the hotel hit a wild boar whilst travelling far too fast. He didn't even stop! Finally arrived at the hotel and thought we might be in time for at least a drink if nothing else. We were but had to pay as AI finished at 11pm. Their first mistake!!! The rooms are average but the bathroom you could only just get through the door where you met the toilet directly in front of you. There was a bath which was old, rusty in places and very tatty together with an old shower.

On using the lifts we noticed the window sills of the hotel had never been washed there were hundreds of dead flies, wasps and others on each floor (and they didn't look like they'd just died either!!)

Whilst we were only there for one week never once saw the pool cleaned even though it had rained two days. There was little or no lighting around the hotel in the morning or afternoon and look very dull. The food was bland, repetitive, cold, uninviting, uninteresting with very little choice. In fact I would go as far as to say unpalatable. I had fish in batter one night but when I cut into the fish it was completely full of bones. The breakfast consisted of eggs, eggs, eggs and more eggs, sometimes there was a splattering of tinned mushrooms and overcooked tomatoes but if you went down for breakfast any later than 8.30 none left. There were chorizo type sausages and the usual array of continental breakfast. No bacon at all.

What was not used for lunch was duly on the menu for the evening meal. The soup was like dishwater on some nights, other nights it was like soap. If you like pasta bolognese your on to a winner! We ended up eating out and didn't miss the beer which for some reason always became very 'flat' after 9pm.

The staff were very glum and did not pass the time of day with you.

Not sure whether it was because it was the last week of the season they were on melt down but I think having paid for and AI holiday we should have at least have enjoyed the same standards as earlier holiday makers. We chose this hotel for the good reviews, locality and life. There were plenty of other clients who felt the same as we did so surprised there were no bad reviews to be found. Maybe their experience was so bad did not want to be remined. The resort had practically all but shut down with only a couple of bars open in the evening.

There were more stray dogs and cats on the streets than people. Not joking either.

I would not ever contemplate going to this hotel at the close of the season and in retrospect not ever again.

Loved everything about this hotel, very clean, food was excellent with a very wide choice everday. This was the last week before the Hotel closed for winter so I expected a small choice of food, how anyone can say the food was bad or there was a bad selection is just too fussy there was at least a choice of 6 hot dishes ever meal, there was a massive salad selection every day with something being cooked on the Terrace everyday.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh omlettes and pancakes on the terrace everyday. Drinks, well a choice or Gin, Vodka, Brandy, Raki, red and white wine and beer, what more do you want?

Pool was adequately sized, enough room for everyone, rooms were very clean and tidy and well looked after by the maids. Hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly especially Morat who works on reception, hell of a nice bloke.

I would go back to this hotel at the drop of a hat, the best bit for me was also the people I met whilst being there, you know who you are! (Read the previous review lol)

Had a great week with nothing at all to complain about, and im quite fussy!

Well for the amount that i paid i wasnt expecting an amazing hotel or food, but thw hotel was situated right on the beach and in the middle of icemeler, it was the end of the season so most of the shops were shut but its so easy to jump on the bus (Only 2 lira) to marmaris.

The food was very good, good selection, fruit, meat, chips, rice, pasta, pancakes, omlettes etc

the drink was good, but what made it the best was the people i met that made it everything it was, everyone had a smile which made it a lot more enjoyable.

I would jump on the plane and go back anytime.
