“Hotel very clean and staff excellent”

Hotel and staff are lovely, the Icelmer town is a quick 5 min bus ride. They stop running at 1am every night and run every 15 mins from hotel into the town
We never ate dinners in the hotel but we ate lunch which was very nice.
Music at the pool is played every day from 10am-5pm and is very loud,we were not able to listen to our own music at the pool until 5pm ..only small negative but was very annoying and it was very loud ...Sunbeds were lovely and no problem to get one either so no need to get up at 7am to secure one..... Overall had a lovely time at these apartments and would recommend to friends & family...

Room Tip: Maybe not a poolside room if you want a lie in

Honestly. Where do I start, Julian Forest. Thankyou! Alot! You made our holiday so comfortable and the best one by far! Our stay was from the 30th June 2011 till the 7th July 2011. This was our first time in Turkey and we was abit worried, but after our brilliant stay we knew we had nothing atall to worry about. well what can I say? most amazing holiday, words cant describe. Was really gutted that we had to go home because we only stayed for a week, wish we would of stayed for longer, I would recommend to anyone stay longer trust me, you wont be disappointed. However, The hotel and rooms were set out very well and was kept tidy all the time by the maids, beds were ever so comfy. The flexi-dine was great, the food is absolutely gorgeous, so don’t be worried if you’re a fussy eater there is lots and lots to choose from. The waterslides were great for kids and adults, you will have a right laugh.

THE STAFF! - They were all amazing and so friendly, good to get along with and very helpful. We had a right good laugh with them all, nothing is too much to ask of them, you need it, they get it for you. I would like to give a big thank you to Hakan, Vahit, Aykut and Inancx and, you guys were amazing, we are going to miss you all so much! and also to all of the other staff for making our stay such an enjoyable one. Also a big thank you to the entertainment team you guys were amazing, very fun and easy to get along with. Echo and Roberto thanks guys! You both better stay for next year! You were amazing! And also I cant remember the other guys names the two Dj’s thanks for making everything so great and comfortable. You were all so fun to get along with. Also the receptionist Gizem thank you ever so much, you were so helpful and kind. I cannot praise the staff enough. It was just indescribable, there is so much to do with activities held by the entertainment team every day and night and great shows every night, also the pool party, couldn’t have laughed enough.

So thank you Julian Forest alot and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is so amazing and fun, you just wouldn’t want to leave we didn’t want to. If you book you won’t be disappointed.

Had a family holiday at Julian Forest Apartments in June, 2nd time we've stayed here. Can honestly say that we enjoyed the stay so much more last year!
The hotel is still as nice and clean, rooms are excellent and set in a lovely location...however, the entertainment team has completely changed from last year.
Only 1 daytime entertainer who really mithered everyone! If he didn't ask once he asked a million times whether we wanted to play darts, aqua gym etc. In 40 odd degree heat and on a relaxing holiday this is not what you want.
Flexidine was amazing last year, food was of the highest standard...but this year the meal portions have halved. We had BBQ night twice where the food wasn't great and one night we waited an hour and a half for our main meals, which was a bit of a joke.
Overall the hotel really is lovely and the rooms are fantastic but we were so so disappointed with the service, food etc compared to last year!
I really hope they manage to improve the entertainment team and service and get Julian Forest back to it's best! It'd be such a shame not to....

just got back from a brilliant holiday at Julian Forest .
the rooms are cleaned daily and clean towels every day.
the flexidine is the best value as the food in restaurant is excellent . food cooked fresh to order .
for a small fee you get a clean beach towel every day .
best turkish bath and massage you can ever get from Mohamed who made me feel reborn .
the staff cannot do enough for you . no request is too much trouble.
the view from our balcony is amazing , waking up and looking out at the pine mountains .
the staff especially Deniz were so freindly and helpful.
i cannot thank Deniz , Erol, Ozzy, Aykut,Omer,Hakan, Vahit and all others that i have forgot names enough .
we were seven girls there and we loved every minute . we will definatly go back next year if not before .
it is my sixth time there and it is excellent every time .
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

I've just come back from julian forrest and I'd happily recommend it to a couple who are taking the kids away. I went with my girlfriend and she sunbathed while I took part in the hotel activities. The entertainment staff (in particularly adam) are really good. The day time menu food isn't really up to much but I didn't try the night menu but, then again I didn't rate any of the food I had in turkey and just ate pizza for the remaining nights. I wasn't really fussed on my apartment though, we were on the top floor in the corner, hidden away. It wasn't until the last couple of days I seen other apartments and it wasn't worth complaining and asking to be moved. It was very clean though and the maids are very friendly. the hotel is an absolute sun trap but the location from the town is quite far. We decided to walk back to the hotel and in the 45 minutes it took us to walk because we were walking the long way (by accident). We only seen one dolmus. Sometimes it can be a pain waiting for a dolmus, sometimes they are waiting for you. If you are looking to stay in turkey, make sure you don't get night flights because you get kicked out your room early and if you want to stay until 8pm its an extra 65 lira. We booked with first choice and when I worked our holiday time out, we lost out on a nights stay because of their flight times. I hope this has been helpful to everyone

Julian Forest was Amazing! Looks can be deceiving because it seems like it is the middle of nowhere but is infact a perfect quiet location. If you wish to go into Marmaris or Icmeler town, you can catch the bus a little down the road for 1.50 TL (which you do not need change for as they supply it).
Julian Forest had some kind of entertainment every night which ranged from street dance, belly dancing, turkish dancing and pool parties which was very fun for adults as well as children!
All of the staff are lovely and couldn't find a fault with any of them as they were all very polite and outgoing which gave the hotel a brilliant atmosphere. Also very helpful.
Food is very nice as they have different themed nights such as; Mexican, Chinese, Grill night (buffet style) Flexidine is highly recommended if you are self catering.
Turkish bath is also highly recommended, very relaxing and reasonably priced.
All in all, there was always something to do so was never bored which means I am definately going back next year.

this is our second time at julian forest and we were delighted with everything once again, we have been coming to icmeler for 10 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. the food is amazing,we took the half board option, flexi dine is good value also, which is what we did last year, the staff are lovely and always willing to help, and what i did notice is that the same staff were there this year that were there last year, which to me shows it is a good place to work at. the entertainers were very hard working, they never stopped, there was a different show every night, and the weds bbq is delicious. please do not take any notice of the bad report below, they are clearly on another planet!
