stayed at this hotel recently all inclusive and it cost us a fortune to eat out as the food was really awful, never any choice only given one item to pick from if you ddnt like that then it was a case of going hungry and if you dont like rice then its even worse.
the rooms were ok to sleep in but nothing of any comfort in there they were not cleaned every day and the bedding not changed reguarly the sheets had marks and holes in,the staff were friendly well most of them , emin the guy on reception at night was the best one there he was great and went out of his way to help the other one called mustafa was a little bit rude and stand offish and more interested in the computer, the pool is very small and the internet pictures are very decieving no entertainment at all only one night a week and its the turkish night its ok dont get me wrong but you have to pay for this which is absolutely disgusting when you have paid all inclusive then you have to pay again especially when there is no other entertainment at all any other night. the town about 10 minutes away is great loads to do and the beach is ok too but this hotel is absolutely terrible, i would love a proper travel firm to rate this hotel and i am certain they would not have it in there brochure absolutely terrible
if your holiday is booked then good luck and eat out as much as possible.

Well, where do i start? Before going i read loads of reviews on this hotel and alot really scared me. However, me and my wife decided we would go and make the most of what happened. Well it did'nt take much effort, we loved it and will certainly return.
So to try and help anyone considering travelling i will write as honest a review as i can so you can judge for yourselves.

Price - we paid £255 each (me and wife), which included flights and transfers on a bed and breakfast basis. I felt this was a great price considering school holidays and mid august. So very happy there

Transfer - Our transfers were great as we were the only ones (it is small hotel only has 50 ish rooms) from our flight staying so were put straight into private taxi and off we went, no messing. Mind you though the taxis in Turkey are a white knuckle ride so have a couple of whiskeys on the plane to calm your nerves.

Reception - When the taxi pulled up two of the hotel staff came out and carried our cases up to reception. Thye introduced themselves and bought us both a beer each. We then sat and chatted for ages about all things just like old pals. they took our cases to our room for us and on the way showed us where everything was and told us all we needed to know. There is always someone on reception and each time i needed something they got it done for me immediatly, from ordering us taxis to phoning us a pizza after a night on the beer. Thye also exchange money although i never changed any there so not sure what exchange rate is given. There is also internet there and if they are not busy let you use it without any charge. Which reminds me, if you ask the reception staff to order you a taxi and get a price they will negotiate a far better price than a tourist could for you.

Resturant - As we were bed and breakfast i can not comment on the all inclusive food because i never ate any. However, we ate alot of food off the menu there and it was great, especially the sandwiches which will fill you for a week and are only 6YTL. They had good pizza and burgers. Just ask Sinbet (resturrant manager) for a Sinbad Special which is to die for, its Chicken fillets which fried mushrooms, onion and lettuce in a turkish roll with mayo. That will cure a hunger! we had the food on the Turkish night which is every Wed and it was great, there was a Turkish salad starter with so much really fresh salad and meats with sauces have never tasted before and loved, then for main course was a BBQ which when they bring the plate i saw it and was full, really nice can not stress this enough.
There are also some lovely resturants in Hisaronu if you fancy a change of scenery one night. There is a great all you can eat chinesse and indian which i cant remember the name but is opposite 'heads and tails'. That is great £6 eat all you can including a glass of wine. Also 'Festival' was lovely, we went there for our anniversary meal and had some of the best food i have tasted with service where you felt like a millionaire. The great thing was the hotel knew it was our anniversary and when we got back they had champagne waiting and had a cake made especially with sparklers on (As a free gift). The party had been set up without us knowing and everyone had a slice and we all got very drunk. Great night. Have just remembered also although not on all inclusive if you want and english breakfast they will do you a realy nice fry up for £3 i think.

Bar - The bar is great and if you fancy having a really good night in there just let the staff know and they will make sure you get a handover and sore dancing feet. Thye have every song you can think of and will play it whenever you ask. Elvis is the bar manager and is a 'top man' say this to him to get a response hehe, no really if you call him 'kanka' which means best friend you are guaranteed his undevided serving attention haha. All the lads at the bar are great and just want to have fun with you all the time as this is what keeps them awake after so many long days, embrace this and you will make great friends here, they also help getting others interacting. The beer Efes i really like and they have a great selection of cocktails and spirits, i think the price worked out at £1,25 for a pint, which come on is not bad. It is cheaper at 99p in some bars in isaronu but you won't get the same laughs and you have to pay taxis which balances it out. The all inclusive drinks finish at 11pm so be sure to get them down before hand unless you are planning to burn the midnight oil in which case bring extra spending money. They will also run you tabs whenever and just pay them once you have been to the cash machine which can be really handy as the nearest one is 15 mins walk away.

Rooms - The rooms are basic and i did have a problem with my water at the start as i thought there was not hot water on the shower, until i realised that the plumber was a nutter and had put the blue tap on hot and vice versa. All rooms have air con but if you are not all inclusive then it is £20 for the week, and safety deposit box is £10 for the week. I spoke to the management about how basic the rooms are and they have it as top priority to modernise them, however, they are perfectly decent just not what you would get at a premiere lodge. However, there is double bed/ two singles, wardrobe with hangers, bedside table, small balcony, toilet, sink, shower, lots of power and a tv which is a nice change that you don't have to pay coins into. The rooms are bright, but very hot so make the investment and get the air con, we did'nt and really regretted it. The cleaner is really friendly and came everyday, every so often she will pick flowers and put them on the bed, also making shapes and animals out of the towels which is a lovely touch.
I will say again that the rooms are very basic but by no means aweful and very cosy if you make the little touches to personalise a bit.

Pool and Gardens - the pool isn't massive but is plentiful and gets lovely and warm. There are also plenty of sunloungers, i think only 1 day i could'nt get one for about 2 hours which is good for august. The water slide is great, they usually turn it on for about an hour twice a day but if you ask them they will turn it on again for you. Heres the best tip, sit on an inflatable, you go so much fatser. There is a tiny pool at the side but never saw anyone use so can't comment on that. There is a garden area which has turkish seating areas. One night we just sat chatting on there six of us with some wine and were so relaxed it was amazing. There also some Turkeys come wandering about there in day which along with the street tanoys with prayer calls really make you realise you are away from britain and the commercial rubbish of europe.

Location - I loved the location for 2 reasons which were the view and the noise. For one in most hotels you have other ones over looking or a building site next door, but here you have two huge mountains over looking you which are spectacular and never hide you sun oddly enough. then the noise at night as in there isn't any the town is just far enough away that you can feel like you are away from it all. it is a 15 min walk to Hisaronu which is like Ibiza, i never thought it would be as big as it is but it is very busy and loads of shops, bars and resturants. Loads of copy disigner gear also because of the laws so buy your holiday t-shirts there don't pay uk prices before you come. 6 copy designer t-shirts for £10 and decent copies as well.
There is a bit of a hill to get back to hotel but a taxi is 8YTL about £3.

I can't think of much more. If you do get there and have a problem then tell one of the managers and they will sort it immediatly. I found them really approachable and they will sit down with you over a drink a discuss it, remember thou its a cheap holiday which does'nt buy 5 star quality and service. If you go with this in mind i think you will have a fantastic time. If you need any questions answered just drop me note and i will try and answer for you

Having stayed in Turkey before we were not expecting plush rooms with all mod cons but were delighted to find a friendly clean welcoming hotel which gave us a great value for money holiday.
I often wonder when reading these reviews what people expect when they pay £300 all inclusive for a week,
Well here's what we got:
A very warm welcome from the friendly young staff from the moment we walked in, to the evening we left with all staff coming out to see us onto our bus to the airport. Having read the previous review I can only assume the people must be geriatric and very fussy as the food was very fresh and varied. If you want fish and chips go to Blackpool.
Having stayed at the hotel Seyir 2 yrs ago this was by far superior and will be looking to book again hopefully this year. The Pool was always clean the gardens around always looked well looked after. It is set with in easy reach of the town 15 minutes walk down hill if your not geriatic and taxi back is only £4 agree price before you travel.
As for the beaches Oluz Deniz is fantastic or any of the small beaches around the Lagoon will pick you up from your hotel and wait on you all day till you return ( Billy's beach was our favorite)
Overall a really good holiday that we would thoroughly recommend

we have just arrived back from our first holiday in turkey and stayed at this hotel, well on arrival i walked up the steps and was dissapointed the pool is small and sunbed area small , when i saw the so called restaurant and the room i actually cried and wanted to go home but then decided to make the most of it and we said we would just eat in the hotel as we were all inc ,oh my god not a chance this is the worst food i have ever seen in any hotel anywhere honestly most of it wasnt fit for consumption you were given one choice and one choice only every single meal was rice and chips and an just one item with it either meatballs , chicken nuggets a fish with head tail and eyes on some sort of stew thing that was actually revolting, you could not help yurself you were made to queue up like school children sometimes for up to 20 minutes and then given one level scoop of rice and the smallest portion of chips and whatever the single meal was it was in a way degrading i felt like i was begging for a meal there was never any desert of any kind and no snacks at all i tried to take a photo of the food but was stopped by a menber of staff i can honestly say im not suprised they would not want this advertising the one and only draft beer ran out every other day and then you were given warm bottles, the hotel as been recently took over by a guy who is totally money obsessed and that is his only outlook to make money at whatever cost the breakfast was repulsive we got up once for breakfast and after that went into the local bar for breakfast i think in 14 days we made lunch twice and it was actually laughable if you hadnt been so hungry.
the manager apo is not open to any suggestions or complaints and he actually made one of th guests cry when she asked for a change one night ,we saw numerous people check out and go to other hotels everyone said the said same that we spoke to i anted to cry when i walked up the steps,
the doors of the rooms do not shut properly and they have to be slammed so you can not sleep as all you can hear are slamming doors all night long,
the rooms are not cleaned daily as stated when booked its a case of if they turn up.
a lot of the management friends use the hotel as a meeting place so you feel uncomfortable he once had a private birthday party and said he would make all the holiday guests leave the pool area so his friends could use it,
we loved olu deniz and hisaronu but because the hotel is stuck out nowhere the taxi fares over a fortnight were horrendous £6 each way to the beach and 8 return to town we also loved the town and we found a great bar called harmony and the staff are so friendly its great they made our holiday we exchanged eails and phone numbers and they are brill .but please if you have not yet booked avoid this hotel like the plague you will regret it for sure , my husbnad says he wont go to turkey again as this hotel spoilt his holiday that much an its a shame as oludeniz was great and we made some nice friends all the staff although friendly are the mangares nephews or some relation so they really do as they like and you can stand 15 minutes waiting for a drink, if you have booked see if you can change honestly its awful if you cant change then go room only if poss the food is not edible i assure you, i got home tonight and had to have a cooked meal and cake as ever once was desert provided, try the mirage bar for breakfast and also aloho and harmony in town
sorry to be a downer but i hope you read this before booking ....please DONT
also ask taxi prices before you get into taxi as they will charge more once your inside
regards and enjoy turkey but the hotel is a shambles it couldnt even be rated as one star...........sorry

The hotel itself is more like a 2star than a 3star, the food although cooked well was not all inclusive standard, Rooms were small and basic but clean. The pool was adequate and was cleaned well. The location of the hotel was good with only a short walk to get the dolmus to hisaronu where there are plenty of resteraunts, cocktail bars and shops. The dolmus can also take you to Oludeniz or Fethiye and only costs about a pound. The best aspect of the hotel were the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ok. It is quite small, but clean enough. The rooms are very basic, but again clean, as is the pool. One thing i will say is that the staff here are very good, especially the hotel manger, Mustafa. They are very friendly and always willing to serve you with drinks and offer advice. The worst thing about this hotel is the food. Not the way it is cooked, but what you get. If you like vegatables all the time then you are ok, but there is not much else on offer.
The town of Hisoranu is about a 15 minute walk away. Here you will find endless shops, bars and restaurants. Plenty for a good night out. The only problem is the distance, and it is on a hill so its all uphill the way back if you dont want to pay for taxis. The resort is a good 20 minute bus ride to the beach as well, and the beach is very rocky at the water.
Overall, the hotel was ok, clean, and the staff very good, the food awful, the location was not ideal because of the long walk to get to any shops bars et, but not too far if you dont mind taxis everywhere.

i have just spent the last two weeks staying here and never wanted to leave. The setting is beautiful, set amongst the mountains
(where you can watch to paragliders above you), but 2 minutes walk away from the main road leading to hisaronu, olu deniz and fethiye. A short walk will take you into the centre of hisaronu, where you will find numerous, bars, restaurants and shops. 10 minutes in the dolmus (the local mini bus) at a cost of £1 will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The hotel has just been refurbished. There are two blocks. On one side you have the pool, with its own water slide and pool bar and restaurant (food amazing)! on the other side, the gardens set amongst the olive trees and a play area for the children. My last night there was excellent. The turkish night consisted of 20 mezes plus barbeque, a free drink on arrival and amazing entertainment consisting of traditional turkish dancing where even the colourful outfits were beautiful to look at, belly dancing, where the audience were encouraged to take part and a few good singers. Off course we danced the night away and they even offered to pick up guests from other hotels and drop them back free of charge! All for an amazing price of £7. The staff cannot do enough for you. Finding this haven, i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else.......
