The food here is very nice, and the recent addition of a take away service is good, although not very well advertised.
The building itself is tiny, and can probably seat around 20 people at a push. This doesn't detract from the food, but it's not the fine dining experience some people prefer.
But, if you like Vietnamese, try this.
