“Beautiful apartment, excellent location”
Reviewed 22 July 2011 for a stay in July 2010

My mother and I spent a week in this beautiful apartment during our first visit to Cromer. It was comfortable and clean and centrally placed for the beach, shops and transport. Sara and Mark were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of things to do and places to eat in the vicinity. We enjoyed ourselves so much we came back again for another week in 2011

“Super Apartments.”
Reviewed 12 July 2011 for a stay in August 2010

We stayed in this apartment in the summer (june) 2010. It is fabulously located, just a short walk to the beach, people are lovely and the actual apartment is delightful, a credit to the owners. We go to Cromer every year with our two small chidren and love it. We shall book again for next year.

“We've booked again for this year”
Reviewed 1 June 2011 for a stay in December 2010

We stumbled upon this excellent group of apartments by accident a couple of years ago and have been back each year since. The first year we (my husband and I) were in apartment 5 on the second floor, but the following year we were going with a friend who has mobility problems so we chose this ground floor apartment. The apartments are beautifully appointed and the owner, who meets you to show you where everything is when you arrive, has spent a lot of time thinking about what people on holiday might need (e.g. a "bag for life" in one of the kitchen drawers, hairdrier in the bedroom, enough crockery & cutlery to last until the dishwasher is full, DVD player and discs).

We have only visited during the winter so I can't give any information about what it would be like as a base for a beach holiday (although it's a very short walk from the beach, paddling pool, slipway etc), but it's an ideal base for touring the area. We visited some fantastic churches, National Trust properties and did a bit of walking and bird watching, as well as having a day sightseeing in Norwich. We found some exceptional restaurants and gastro-pubs in the area. The owner sends a list of local restaurants to you when you book, so you can be pro-active and book ahead.

The beds, sofas etc are very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The layout of the kitchen and living area means that, if you choose to eat in, the person cooking is not separated from the rest of the family / group. It feels far more like an extremely elegant and well designed version of home, than a holiday let!

Since the same person owns four apartments in the block it would be possible for an extended family to book more than one.
