The staff are very friendly. They make on an amazing bread pudding. Worth the visit on its own.
Great for toast and coffee first thing in the morning.
A1 recommend.

The tea was very good and most welcome after a long drive. Carrot and walnut cake was nice and my husband had a very nice lump of bread pudding. Service was polite.
The only downside was the smell from the kitchen which was quite bad. The door were both open and the through draft made it quite unpleasant to sit inside. The extractor fan needs attention.

A wonderful contempary typical seaside cafe, I visit this cafe alot and there is always a friendly face behind the counter, with an array of home made cakes and rolls, and a wide choice of coffee and speciality teas. Customer service is excellent with the staff going out of their way to insure every customer is satisfied whether they are local or visitor, all are made to feel welcome - love it here

Stopped here after quite a lengthy journey. Arrived about 10.15am. Asked for cheese on toast. "Not been to the bakery" said the guy, no apology, no it'll be a few minutes, so we settled for cake and latte and sat out in the sun.

20 mins later a lady was served with soup and a bread roll, when we had finished (and we say there for about 40 mins), I pop my head round the door and pointed out the next customers had bread. It was gluten free apparently, but we hadn't been offered it, they still hadn't been to the bakery and it was pushing on 11am. I'd say 2/3rds of their menu is bread based, but no-one could be bothered going getting any!

Expensive and patronising - the lady corrected me for not identifying her Norfolk shortbread slice.

Definitely better service for locals.

when in need of refreshment quick service, value for money, and good hospitality is what i am looking for, the 2nd time i have visited this place and not for wanting to try other places in the area. The cake was like homemade, and tasted as if made just for me.
no waiting for seating during my visit but i reckon this place can get pretty busy....
