“Not a bad seat in the house”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

I have seen several performers there from Eric Costello to Cathy Griffen. I have sat in the balcony and had seats right up front. There isn't a bad seat and the sound is also great! They have a nice lobby with a bar so you can come early and grab a drink before the show. With several places to eat nearby is make a great night out. A real gem in Morristown.

“Great Venue for Shows and Theater”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

I have the pleasure of having this great venue only a few miles from my house. It is a great place (not too big or small), excellent seats, and easy access from Morristown and all it has to offer.

“Great venue to see concerts in an intimate setting”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

The Mayo Arts center is a great place to see concerts in a more intimate setting as it's not a huge place. The acoustics are good and the venue has a variety of acts. Seats are fairly comfortable as well. It's also easy to get good seats if you buy directly from Mayo as soon as tix go on sale as they don't allow Ticketmaster, etc. to offer them unless it's resale.

Parking is a bit of an issue in Morristown but there is a big parking deck a couple of blocks away. There are many great restaurants close to the theater so it's easy to make a night of it.

“Nice local theater”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

We were given tickets to a performance. They are currently doing renovations, so the lobby is under construction; however, they still had a beverage bar open. Seating was very comfortable and easy to see the stage.

Great local theater. Very comfortable. Good selection of shows and concerts, depending on your likes. Many national broadway tours.
