How this place is rated 13th best in Morristown I have no idea and give me reason to question the validity of the ratings. This restaurant is certainly in the top three for sure, and in my opinion clearly the best in town. It is the first restaurant that approaches the level of quality and professionalism you find in NYC. From the beautiful setting and very well trained staff to the great meal, soup to nuts, Blue Morel really excelled. We had some very fresh sushi appetizers and for entrees a perfect lamb steak and sea bass. The wine was affordable and dessert was a chocolate brioche that was just right. A special blend of Hawaiian coffee to top it off. Our waitress Zoe was spot on and when we were leaving Richard at the front gave us a tour of the private dining room and we had a nice conversation about the wonderful wines on hand. He was friendly and professional. I will be back here for sure. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and more here. A+++
