This has been my family's favorite since 2010, but something's gone terribly wrong here for quite some time now. Initially, we thought the chef had a bad day, then we thought he might have taken a trip back home, and now I believe they've replaced the chef. It started out with the egg roll, then onto the quality of beef, and now the overall flavor and textures of the food. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. They've ruined my all-time favorite dish, Roast Pork with Chinese Vegetables. The flavor was flat and the fried rice was overcooked (pasty, pale, no eggs, just mush!). The beef in the Szechuan Beef is stringy and chewy. I hope this is temporary, but, unfortunately, I won't be visiting this restaurant any time soon.
