We went with friends so the company was good. The shared starters were very tasty but rather expensive. The pizzas were very disappointing and I certainly wouldn't have one there again.

Yes we had to wait for the food but it was a Saturday night and it was full ( good atmosphere) the staff were fully aware of this and apoligised, and the manager followed up with his apoligy and a free glass of bubbles each.
At the end of the day idon't think the wait was much more than an additional 10mins over what you'd expect.. And it was worth it, we shared a spicey chicken pizza (oversized) and then chicken skewer ample amount of excellent food all served with a smile making a very pleasant evening 'thanks Zizzi'

Whilst looking for a place to eat on Easter Monday most places were fully booked except for Zizzi so we ate here. The food choice was very basic and expensive for what it was. I went for the 'Zizzi Spiedini' their new signature dish. It was just some overcooked meat on a skewer with some potatoes underneath. A real disappointment and I could see why it wasn't busy.

One of the worst chains (and there really isn't a good one!). I had the Zizzi antipasti which was average followed by the fish stew which had been baked to death. Completely tasteless and very poor value for money - avoid !

Friday night as group of four. Service friendly and revamped decor appealing. Great atmosphere on ground floor Upstairs dead (put in a cut through gallery?). Ladies loo had busted lock. Menu limited and drinks expensive.
