Parsonage Stables are located on a working farm in a very picturesque part of England in the county of Essex. The accommodation in the converted stables is new, has been built to a very high standard, is really comfortable, and has all the mod cons you could possibly ask for. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for our hostess Joanna. We stayed in the “Clydesdale” Stable for nine nights and it was a bit like being home away from home. We spent six months touring Europe and reckon our stay at Parsonage Stables was the most comfortable of our trip. We would like to visit the UK again sometime and if we do, we will most definitely be spending some time at Parsonage Stables.
