As so as we walked in the door the service was horrible. No one would wait on us, we sat ourselves and waited at least 10 minutes to have a waitress come to our table (with only one other family of 4 in the place) while all the workers stayed in the back on their phones. We did finally order but 2 people got the breakfast salad bar where there was 2 pieces of limpy bacon, stone cold eggs and rubbery pancakes. Plus we were not even given silverware to eat the crummy food. The other two meals finally arrived and the hashbrowns were a cold pile of mush and the eggs were runny and cold (obviously not cooked thoroughly). My father went back to the kitchen to talk to a manager (who wouldn't get off her butt to hear him so he had to go into the heart of the kitchen) to tell her the food was horrible. She was aware but all she did was make excuses that she can't get the grill warm enough to cook anything and that the buffet burners stopped working. Well then don't attempt to cook anything!! We left without eating (we didn't want food poisoning on vavation) and didn't pay. I don't believe the other family payed either. If you are going to run a restaurant learn how to run a restaurant.
