We spent three days in a very soggy, rainy Black Hills in South Dakota. Our intention was to hike, but with the rain, we became tourists. Of course everyone has to go to Mount Rushmore near Rapid City and we did the same. We viewed the National Memorial in the foggy, rainy weather, ate a wonderful chocolate/raspberry twist cone in the concession area, and even managed to walk a paved trail right under George Washington's head while dodging the intermittent rain showers. We had great fun and hope that all will stop to see whether in rain or sun!
