“One owner, several restaurants”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

Keystone is unique, many of the restaurants are owned by the same person, same exact menu, same prices and food awful. Stay away from Keystone if you can and if you must stay there eat in rapid City!

“Don't even enter!”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

Really terrible food. Never hot all. Orange juice lukewarm. Syrup is so stringly and sticky gets all over my shirt and chin. The fruit bar looks old and never seem to be fresh or stocked up. Staff seems not enjoying the job and they need new career

“Do not eat here.”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

We have been visiting the states from Scotland for many years. And this is the worst meal we have had in America It was un eatable We never ate any of it and the owner and chef who were outside smoking waived the bill. Avoid at all costs Awfull. Food cold service terrible. I think the current owners staff should consider a career change

“Just plain bad”
Reviewed 16 May 2014

We ended up at this restaurant because coming to Keystone in early May didn't leave many options. We really wanted to go to another restaurant, but found out they weren't open for the season yet. This restaurant was one of the few that were open, so we took a gamble, and it did not pay off. We came in right after it opened for the breakfast buffet yet the buffet food was already stale and cold. Not sure how that works, but it can't be good. The fruit offerings looked sad and not very fresh. There was no butter or jam provided for the biscuits or pancakes. The orange juice was watered down. Just an overall bad experience.

“Not for us - disappointing”
Reviewed 27 October 2013

Our first choice restaurant had a 45 minute wait for a table but Keystone House was almost empty - we were soon to discover why. Didn't choose the salad as it looked a bit sad. Main course had to go back to the kitchen as it was cold. Food was dry and lacked flavour. Cold beer was OK.

Given that this was the evening before the annual buffalo round-up they missed a trick here. Could have been so different if they made the effort. Sadly they had a near empty restaurant where others were full.
