My wife and I visited the tea room and I treated myself to the 'large breakfast'. My wife had a pannini. The breakfast and pannini were fantastic. Cooked from fresh and extremely tasty and filling. One thing to note is that all meals are cooked from scratch so don't visit the tea rooms looking for fast food. You get high quality food which takes time to cook. Staff were very nice and friendly and service was excellent. A great venue for quality food. Recommended.

Visited the tea rooms for breakfast with my husband and 10 year old daughter after reading good reviews and live fairly local. The location is pleasant with a duck pond. We had the full english breakfast and fresh coffee. The coffee was exceptional, served in china pot with china cups and saucers. It came with steamed hot milk and was refilled at no extra cost. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the breakfast. The portion size was huge so great if you want quantity but the quality was poor especially the sausages which i suspect may have been frozen, bought in bulk. The bacon was tasteless and the plate was swimming with beans. Not what i expected. The service was friendly and welcoming and pleasant atmosphere,we would probably return for coffee.

We had breakfast\brunch in this really nice café which despite being set within a pet cemetery, is a happy, friendly place, not the least bit depressing, despite what one might think. Really friendly staff and hearty, filling food. The fry up and welsh rarebit we had were excellent and set us up for the day. Lovely to see dogs in the café, they definitely add to the happy atmosphere. Nice touches such as proper china and fresh flowers. Well worth a visit.

We attended to collect Tia's (our old rottweiller) ashes after cremation. Aside from the staff at the cemetery, which I would also recommend, who were compassionate and understanding, we stopped for tea and scones at the tea rooms. The staff were friendly and attentive. The scones and tea were lovely, though my wife fed half to the resident spaniel and westy. Will definitely use as a pit stop on our numerous visits to Manchester with our labradoodle as we saw other dogs visiting with owners. As others have said the presence of all the animals living happily and the setting detracts from the feeling of being at a cemetery, which itself wasn't a bother for us as was nice to see people's affection for their furry, hairy and feathered loved ones.
