“Vastly overpriced , over salted and bland food.”
Reviewed 1 December 2013 via mobile

I first started using this restaurant about fifteen years ago , back then there was an award winning chef and the restaurant was busy and the food was reasonable .
Now its a totally different story , I have recently been in for a take out meal and it was awful. They charged me eighteen quid for two curries ! Not fancy ones , a jalfrezi and a korma , everyday British curry house stuff.
In your mind you're thinking "eh up , this is going to be the business , based on the extortionate prices..............but no , the cartons were half empty , swimming in oil , the chicken was stringy and full of fat strands , what little chicken there was. And there was so much salt in it I could barely taste the spices , which certainly were not fresh.
If you value your taste buds and your wallet..….....leave wee alone........... There,s a reason its empty every night !

“almond fever”
Reviewed 3 July 2013 via mobile

we ordered a takeaway from here on the strength that things had got better. not the case. being from a town with a big asain/ Indian population, we know what good curry should taste like. and a masala should not taste of almonds. tipical of a curry house serving to a community with no knowledge of the dishes. no good dilshad. very lazy. im sure you know
better.!!!!!!!! im sure there are some dishes that are nice.but this was neither contemporary or authentic. And to be charged over 1pound for a chapatti is absolute robbery. unless it is made with water from the famous Holy well!

“Dilshad perfection”
Reviewed 26 June 2013 via mobile

Been here plenty of times and am surprised no reviews on here!! Tiger and the rest of the staff are fantastic, the food never fails to please!! If you need a decent curry and in the area get in there!! You won't regret it!
