Description: It's on FacebookIt's a really friendly cafe, popular for breakfasts and lunches, run by two aimiable brothers who produce good, reasonably priced breakfasts and lunches, and bake their own delicious pies. Very popular with locals, and very clean and tidy. Just out of Penarth centre, but a lovely place to visit.

This place run by two brothers is just what it states-a local cafe serving basic breakfast and lunches. The thing that sets it apart is the cheerful and speedy service and the general quality of their food (though I would like them to consider upgrading their sausages!!) In a busy town with many cafes this is what makes the difference as well as of course very reasonable prices-some local places could learn a lot from this cafe!

This is definately the place to enjoy a superb breakfast in Penarth. The brothers who run it are great, nothing is too much trouble and all very reasonable. Smashing food and atmosphere. A must visit in Penarth. Its in Glebe St opposite The Albion pub also highly recommended.

You know that there are places where you feel at home and comfortable. Well, this is one of them. You turn up for brekkie knowing the food is great and the atmosphere is fantastic and your day is made. Nothing better than that.

Brilliant. Now, I usually comment on high-end food - but there are two kinds of high-end food. There is expensive or moderately-expensive end - but there is also the good plain cooking end. Many places will serve you rubbish - but The Busy Teapot serves you 'a meal to get you back up the ladder'. The place is always bustling with artisans--builders mainly--because they know what it takes to put in a day's work. This is the food that founded an empire - and even if it's gone, the food is still available. Give yourself a treat and eat a memorable meal with a fine cup of rosey
