I'm staying here tonight with my boyfriend and I'm so disappointed.
We've paid 230 euros for a small room with two singles pushed together, ripped wallpaper, a socket in the room with half the cover smashed off and a mattress which has been left at the end of the corridor for a good hour now.
I have just been down to see the manager and he offered another room which was just about big enough for a double bed and the same low standard decor so stayed with the slightly bigger one as we need the space.
We booked this hotel at the beginning of the year as a treat for New Year's Eve on our first snowboarding trip in Spain as we are staying out of town for the rest of our time here, and I wish we hadn't bothered.
The main reason we booked this hotel was all the great facilities it had listed including jacuzzi and sauna, turns out they are all chargeable and 35 euros for an hour to an hour and a half is quite frankly ridiculous. Nothing was mentioned on the laterooms website about the facilities being chargeable and the manager said he will speak to their marketing department, but it's a bit late for us now.
The only positive thing I will say is that it is very central, but for the money I would have preferred to get a taxi back to our other accommodation.

just come back from a long weekend. The hotel is bang in the centre and close to the skilift, which is what you want when you are walking around in ski boots. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was nice and well equipped, although extremely hot, even with the radiator turned off. We went half board and both food and service were good. A couple of negatives: the wifi did not work the last 2 days of our stay. The concierge slammed our bedroom door when he did not get a tip (I was in the bathroom and my husband did not have any change on him, I tipped him later on) which I thought was rather rude and inappropriate.
Also, as previous reviews stated, the walls are very thin.
All in all I would recommend it, it's pricey but so is everything else in the area.

Seemed expensive at first but excellent quality especially the breakfast buffet. Central location is ideal. Only downside was that use of the spa was 29 euros and should have been included in room price.

We stayed here as part of our road trip around the south of Spain and stayed for one night to allow us two days of skiing. It was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at during our stay (almost as much as a Parador). The cost was inevitably high due to it's remote location but in honesty I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Parking was 23eur a day but drove straight in to the public car park below which is slightly cheaper although difficult to unload from. The room was perfectly fine, standard Melia, with free wifi throughout, although we did find it rather hot!

Unfortunately the walls were very thin which meant a lot of unwanted noise from the street at night and plenty of noise from screaming kids going down the corridor in the morning.

The location is excellent, very close to the lifts and centre of town. We were provided lockers at the basement level which is very close to the snow, but ended up not needing them as the hire company kept our equipment overnight. The spa/pool were only available at an extra charge (around 35eur/ea) which was a bit of a shame - although we already knew this from other reviews.

We went during mid March so the town was practically dead during the night with little to do. If we were do to do this trip again we'd probably stay in Granada and drive up and down (snow allowing) - it's really not that far and the extra cost of the hotel wasn't really justified for us.

This is the second time we have stayed here over February half term. Couldnt fault it, We were on Half board, the Buffet is superb for both Breakfast and Dinner so much choice . Great Games room for the kids and a free Kids Club in the evening. This year they had free WI FI throughout the Hotel which was a real bonus. What I particularly liked is that you drive your car to reception, check in. They then park your car and bring all your luggage up to the room. Same thing for checkout. Effortless. Bar prices are reasonable and they make great Mohjitos. We had a family suite in the old part. Yes, they are a little dated but perfectly functional. No tea and coffee in the rooms which would have been a bonus. One tip is to try and upgrade to the new section but its restrictive if there are 4 of you. Ski lockers are on the ground floor and complimentary with your room card to lock them. There is an indoor pool which is free to use and a very good Spa by all accounts that we didnt get to use. For a 4 star Hotel it really was top notch.

Room Tip: Pick a high floor. Rooms are very warm so open the windows before you go out in the evening. There a...

I´ve been there twice.
The first was on the opening and it was the worst experience of my holidays - the hotel hadn't the facilities finished!...

The second time was very good. Quite confortable, near to the pradollano plaza and with a fantastic Spa for the «after-skying» (Pitty the expensive price of it...)

Tip: visit the Pizzaria in from of it...
