Superb location right on top of the public car park (not free).
Excellant front desk staff.
Well appointed rooms if a little dated and tired.
Major problem is that the ski lockers are on each floor in the common areas hence lots of noise early morning / late afternoon.
Way overpriced for an aprart hotel. However, you will probably not find cheaper in Sierra Nevada.
Having previously stayed at the Sol Melia this was our first time in self catering. Inside Plaza is a cut above the rest of the tired and worn apartments you see online. From check in to checkout, the staff could not have been more helpful. So very central right on the square and just about everything you need was in our superior studio. Spacious, light and extremely well maintained. Double glazed and very warm inside. We had a bath as well as a shower. They have a deal with the main car park below and after parking your car in minus 3 just take the lift up and the accommodation is right in front of you. Ski lockers on the first floor are complimentary but if you don't fancy lugging them off the cable car which is only a 100m flat walk, then hire your skis from Intersport right by the cable car and you can keep them there overnight. There were 3 of us in the superior studio which was perfect, maybe for 4 people, go for the 1 bed apartment. Very very impressed with this accommodation and we will definitely return.
We arrived in the midst of a snowstorm in the evening. When we entered the room, we found the balcony door was broken and was letting in cold air, the bedroom window leaked cold air so we had to move the bed to the middle of the room and then tap in the bathroom was broken. Before went for dinner we informed the hotel reception about the issues. They said that someone would fix it in the morning. We all froze that night. The next day we decided to leave the hotel and when confronting the hotel about the issues and that we were disappointed and our expectations were not met, an attitude of "well that is your opinion not mine" was delivered by the woman at the reception desk. No apology and no discount on the room. They even asked us to not tell bookings.com so that they did not need to pay the 15% to them! They would categorize us as a no-show so that they could charge is a full night fee and not have to compensate Bookings.com. We have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness from a hotel before. The location is great, the price is good but definitely not worth the abuse received when you dare to rightfully complain about failures to met customer expectations.

We could not have picked a better spot to stay for our recent trip, as its located at the back of the main square and only a short walk across to the other side of the square, for the chair lifts. There are no hills which is very welcome in ski boots! There are plenty of bars an restaurants in the vicinity, but the windows are well insulated to keep out the cold and the noise. The rooms are modern and comfortable, if not a little small. But we had 4 in our room for three nights, but it served us very well for the short stay. We especially liked the boot room and lockers on each floor, for us to change in each day. Top marks all round.
These apartments stand out amongst the over-priced mediocrity of Sierra Nevada. They are in a superb central location close to all the ski-related amenities of Sierra Nevada, including ski rental shops and ski lifts. Each apartment has classy, unique, artistic interior décor throughout and, when we stayed, there were lovely individual Christmas decorations for each room. The apartments are clean, modern and comfortable, with good quality crockery and kitchen equipment, in stark contrast to most Sierra Nevada apartments. The rooms are spacious enough and well-equipped for four people – they would be too small for six. We received a very useful welcoming e-mail with lots of advice before we arrived and a very warm welcome at reception where the staff proved helpful throughout our stay. The recommended ski-rental shop and nearby café/restaurant also proved very good value and there was a supermarket in the same building to buy all our food and other necessary items during our stay. There is also spacious storage space for skis and equipment (in dedicated lockable storage outside each room) and hotel parking is significantly cheaper than the usual public parking rate. All-in-all this is the best value-for-money place we have stayed in Sierra Nevada after 12 years of experience in all types of accommodation.
We now live in Spain and wanted to visit Sierra Nevada that offer such different experiences than our native country. We wanted to go before the first snow is arriving in this ski resort that is pretty much closed in the summer months. We managed to book a spaceous room at Inside Plaza, put on the heating and did some shopping at the next door small food shop. We where also well looked after by a nearby restaurant. Sierra Nevada offer a fantastic scenery also summer time and cn be highly recommended.
