Robert and Christel were just great we stayed at the Osprey-Nest Log Cabin for 5 nights wishing we could have booked for the full week but the weekend was already taken. It was great not having a TV only a Radio. We brought books, cards, board games, and a cribbage board. There is lots of trails to hike on and the near by Crimmons Pottery, Kingston Farmers Markets ( Saturday Morning), Museum and Vinyard were great. We had a mini family reunion as my fathers family lives by and it was central for everyone. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Log Cabbin with double beds and a loft. Nice covered porch with bbq we watched the hummingbirds during the day and in the early morning the rabbits. This is one of the few places in the area that accept pets. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get away and relax.

It's a nice clean friendly spot that I would recommend everyone try. My wife and I stayed in one of their domes for the weekend and we both loved it. Each dome has their own personal Japanese hot tub that is heated by a small wood fired stove. They are really neat.

So glad I came across this place while searching for a romantic getaway with my hubby. I've never seen anything like it, what a great spot! We stayed in a dome. Very clean, organized and perfectly equipped. Cozy and quiet, very romantic. A little hard to get available dates so book WELL IN ADVANCE!

If you are fortunate enough to book one of the two dream domes, you won't be disappointed! Everything you need under this beautifully domed tent. Romantic as hell. Oh, and the wood-fired outdoor hot tub doesn't hurt either, rain or shine. The whole experience is private, picturesque, and soooo comfortable. Can't wait to return!

Such a lovely landscape. Beautifully set into the trees, these little geodesic dome spaces are wonderfully inviting. Perfectly set up with a big comfy bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Quiet spaces to read and a hard working wood stove. We had to use it during our stay as it was still nippy in the mornings. The best part is the Japanese styled hot tub. Wood stove heated- sometimes a bit difficult to get right but after one try we figured it out. Robert and Christel were very sweet hosts who made efforts to make sure we felt cared for on their land. Great walking trails behind the cabins. There are larger cabins as well for bigger parties. Would likely be amazing for weddings.
Bring your own food and drink. The nearest grocery store is a 10 minute drive ( approximately).
We stayed for 3 nights - which seemed to be the perfect amount of time. It is available year round and it would be awesome to see it in the Winter.
Definitely a winner for couples wanting to relax and reconnect or celebrate something important.

Room Tip: Get the dome that sits in front of the second one. I think it is more private. Although the second...

Lovely cabins, views, farmers markets, and quiet!! We had a lovely weekend without technology, enjoyed the outdoors and books by the wood stove! Dreamed about coming back to get in a canoe, snowshoe the trails, try the domes and hot tubs, all seasons would be amazing at this place!!

Room Tip: For cleanliness, it was almost too clean, you could smell the harsh chemicals, we are used to more b...
