I was not sure what to expect but was surprised at how nice not only the museum was but also the surrounding little park. Wheelchair access possible around the building and in the park.
Within the museum, space is limited!
Period costumes abound with the employees.
The stairs upward to the light are steep and one would expect. The resultant view is pleasant and one is able to blow the old fashioned fog horn at the top. Do give it a go!
Not far from Lanes Privateer Inn by the bridge.
Well worth a stop off.
