We have had many culinary experiences and this was not one of our better ones. The quality of the food was inconsistent. The snapper dish was very good but the side was cold. The crusted mahi mahi was over cooked and dry. Our appetizers came out cold and the prawns were mushy. The desserts were very odd. They were disassembled which made for a weird presentation. The drinks were good and the ambiance was good. However, there are a lot of other restaurants on the island that have equal if not better ambiance and far better food for the price. I doubt we would return on any future visits and likely will not recommend Humu's to any other people.
