If your looking for a peaceful place for saying a few prayers or just to meditate on a hectic trip this is the place for you. As one who likes the old style Catholic Churches instead of the newer ones which are nothing but glorified community rooms such as the one I attend it was nice to see the older churches being kept alive and well. Take a few minutes out of your busy trip and see something rare and beautiful.

I could have spent the entire day here. It is absolutely awe inspiring! The stain glass was mesmerizing.

Don't be shy, peek inside this beautiful historic church! It's open to the public during the day, but they do remind you to keep a calm, respectful demeanor while touring, and it's never appropriate to go up on the main altar unless you're participating in Mass. The 100+ year old church was renovated around 2004, and is one of the prettiest in Georgia.
