Fincher's is the best BBQ place in Georgia, Always consistent service and amazing food. If you happen to be in the area and you like BBQ you will be sad if you miss eating here. The BBQ, hamburgers and Brunswick stew are the best ever. Absolutely worth your time to stop and have a taste.

Best BBQ Ever! Why else can I say. Have enjoyed Fincher's for over 20 years and it is consistently delicious! We have also used and have purchased Fincher's for fund raisers. Jake and the rest of the crew put their heart into their Barbecue! Love it!

I have been a customer of Fincher's for over 30 years, and while I have moved away from Macon, I still make it a point to get some of their BBQ every time I visit. Excellent BBQ and Stew. I highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to recently return to Macon and made a point to visit Fincher's on Houston Avenue. It was every bit as good as it has always been. My parents first brought me to Fincher's when I was a small child and we have been eating barbecue there ever since. You can not get better or fresher barbecue than Fincher's and their brunswick stew is outstanding! The character of the original location is steeped in history and I hope that they never change.

My grandma and dad brought me here over 30 years ago. I visited the original location and sadly it was closed for the evening. I must say though that it looked very run down (looks like a very old sonic) and seemed the town around it has become sketchy. Purely for memories, it was nice to see. Then we went further down the road to the newer location. They had many customers and we were quickly ushered to a booth. We had the BBQ sandwich. The pork was delicious and the BBQ sauce is more vinegar based (not thick Carolina sauce) which is exactly what I love. Service was excellent. We even bought a bottle of sauce and a souvenir t-shirt before we left. Good food, good cheap price, good comfortable location. I loved seeing and learning that Fincher's had become so successful from it's humble beginnings. Highly recommend it. It's not fancy. Just good.
