Place sits on a lake and has plenty of outside seating. Seeing how it is December we tried inside. The pulled pork and fried okra were ok, but the hot sauce for the port was great! The fried catfish dinner was fantastic. White flakey meat, cooked perfect. The collard greens were not all mushy and the back fat they used to cook them in really took them up a notch. Downside, opens at 430pm. This is a perfect spot for lunch, but we had to hold out for dinner.

Well, maybe our experience belongs to the category "It just happens". The restaurant is perfect located directly at a lake. The service was okay but the food really bad. We both had catfish in a tasteless panade together with vegatables which haven't seen any salt or pepper. Only the Bud light made our evening - and of course the wonderful sunset.

Had pickles as appetizers, they were good. Had bbq and chicken tenders while gf had a bbq sandwich. The food was good but nothing mind blowing. The view is nice to have while eating and the staff were super friendly.

Had the chance to go to the Fish N' Pig over this past weekend. We had a party of 10 and only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The waitress was very pleasant and provided great service. My fiance ordered raw oysters and bbq (he said the oysters were good and the bbq was wonderful). I ordered the grilled chicken dinner it came with a fresh saiad, and 2 side dishes, the chicken was very moist and tasted good.

We stayed around to listen to the band outside, and enjoyed them into the night.

Will come back to the Fish N' Pig the next time we come to Lizella, GA to visit our friends.

Where else can you listen to an outside live band for free?!?!!? The Second Wind Band was playing on 24 May 13 and they played all of your favorites - country, rock n roll, easy listening, etc!! If you are eating outside, you order and pick up your food at the outside bar. Your meal is served in a styrofoam box and the food and drink menu is a bit different than dining indoors. A bar b q sandwich with fries is $7.95 and a burger with fries is $8.75. This night there was a full moon, the place was packed with a variety of ages and a good time was had by all on Lake Tobesofkee!!!
