We stayed here the night before we were catching the Coho to Victoria, and the Lodge was a great surprise. We were greeted by a blazing fire in the hearth and a warm and inviting lobby. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The next morning we had a great breakfast (which we had to purchase, but not a problem), and there was a lot of choices off the menu to choose. It was one of the best breakfasts that I have had at a hotel or inn for sometime. When again in Port Angeles, I will definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Choose a room on the upper floors and at the back next to the park.

Located conveniently in Port Angeles, close to highway but far enough to be very quiet and about a 10 minute drive to ferry terminal.
The rooms are CLEAN, Large, well appointed, beds are comfortable. Nice features like 2 sinks in the bath area. There is also a comfortable chair and footstool, plus a desk. Wifi is complimentary and easy to connect...at last someone gets it!
There is a small heated pool and hot tub
There is NO restaurant per se, however they do serve a great breakfast, NOT INCLUDED in the rate. The breakfast options were good, and the ones we selected were well prepared. The room is on main floor overlooking golf course and a water features abundant around the hotel.

Yes would stay again

Room Tip: ask for rooms overlooking the golf course as opposed to the car park...quieter than the possible road noise.

We were in the area to look at real estate, mainly in Sequim, and the hotel in Sequim we'd stayed at previously was sold out, so we decided to give this place a try. I purposefully refused an "Executive King" room so we'd be facing the large, wooded golf course and would be on the top floor. Paid a bit extra but it was worth it. Not sure if those in rooms in front hear noise from Hwy. 101, but the view of the parking lots, restaurants, etc. would have been much less relaxing than the view we had.

Breakfast is not included. We ate in the restaurant one day, but otherwise found less expensive places elsewhere. Front desk gave us a list of local restaurants to try.

Room Tip: Get a room in back, facing the golf course.

Thank you for being our guest and writing a Trip Advisor review! As you may know, many travelers use Trip Advisor as a pre-planning tool, and your personal experience is invaluable in assisting others as they are planning their travels. We appreciate your comments and enlightening our future guests.

I am delighted to learn that your stay was enjoyable and that our spacious room allowed you to rest and relax in luxury! Indeed we are close to many great restaurants, although after doing some research we have found our breakfast is not only comparable in price but our guests love the quality and taste as well! Thank you for choosing the Olympic Lodge, we look forward to having you back on your next trip to the Olympic Peninsula!

Set back from the main road, this property clean, easy to find, and modern. If you can get a room facing the golf course, rather than the parking lot. Quieter and better view. Room was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of work space with adequate sockets. The two women at the front desk were hospitable and gave me great pointers on spots to that photographs. An inviting place at the end of a long day of travel.

Room Tip: Ask for a golf course view.

A welcoming "great room" lobby, and spotlessly clean guest room with its own patio. Not being big breakfast eaters, we opted to dine out nearby in the morning. Location is a tad out of downtown, but consequently very quiet.
