“Enchanting!”
Reviewed 17 March 2018 for a stay in March 2018

The location of this sweet cabin is perfect! With a breath taking view of the mountains, nestled back from the road surrounded by towering trees, you can't help feeling like you're in a world all your own. It is still close enough to a wide variety of activities that you don't feel too far away, but you have privacy and space to breathe and wander while hanging out there. The amenities are great with an open floor plan and huge windows to gaze out of. It was still cold enough during our visit that the hot tub was lovely... for star gazing and soaking tired muscles. We had a warm greeting from the owners and lacked for nothing! Absolutely wonderful place to vacation!!

It is so rewarding to have guests appreciate the love and care that we put into our homes. We enjoy paying attention to the details that make a difference and these guests enjoyed every effort of ours-such a delightful couple celebrating their 20th anniversary. We hope they want to return again.

“Perfect Northwest Getaway”
Reviewed 21 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

This house was absolutely perfect! Everything you needed for the kitchen was there, even a small George Foreman grill. The beds were comfortable, and the house was beautiful inside and out. Then, add in the serene tranquility of being surrounded by trees, but not feeling closed in, the two ponds that are just a two minute walk- one of which you can fish from, and top it with the breathtakingly beautiful views of the Olympic Mountains - this place becomes your own little slice of Heaven. If you love exploring the great outdoors, this location couldn't be better! You're close Dungeness which is a great beach for climbing on logs. Just a little further down the road is Salt Creek, which has great tide pools to explore. Plus it's right by the Olympic Game Farm where you can feed bears, zebras, llamas and more. We will definitely be making at least 1 visit a year to this house! And it's very kid friendly! The captain's stairs are a little steep but my 4, 7, and 9 year old had not trouble with them and loved having their own space upstairs to play in.

“Wonderful Cabin Close to Everything”
Reviewed 4 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

My wife and I just stayed here for our honeymoon, it was great! The cabin is easy to find and close to Sequim, Port Angeles, and access to Olympic National Park, but it was still secluded and private.

We brought some crab and veggies in from Pike Place on our way in from our stay in Seattle, and the kitchen was easy to navigate. We tackled a long hike near Hurricane Ridge and a day exploring Crescent Lake.

The folks in Port Angeles are SUPER helpful about the area and park. We walked into Brown's Outdoor and they were super helpful in finding the right trails for us. Great stay, we have already talked about our next trip out.

This is a wonderful house in a quiet location. The house is so comfortable it was hard to want to leave. Access to numerous destinations on the north side of the peninsula is great.
