During my recent stay of 6 nights at this hotel, it presented itself that the staff is completely clueless on policies and their neglect to correct billing discrepancies. One day prior to checkout, it was identified that one meal from their sister hotel restaurant and one overcharge on a purchased item was made. The staff did not correct the discrepancies. Upon check-in, the hotel put an amount on hold for the cost of the room and incidentals, however the hold was for an additional $100.00 above the policy of the hotel. The staff had no idea why, only the computer calculated that amount.
In addition, room service did not present themselves for cleaning the room until 4:00 pm, well after we returned from the activities of the day. The room was not sufficiently cleaned as garbage was present in the room at check-in.
Overall this was an unsatisfactory stay and after citing this problems with the staff, they continued to appear clueless as they never had an answer except we'll see, try, check, and never returned any satisfactory answer as to "why?". This problems are not Marriott's, they are the franchisee's. Never again at this room or franchise.More
