Staff are great, and the location is excellent. Only possible ding is that the Fitness Center is a bit sparse, and when it gets cold in Salt Lake City you really want to work out indoors instead of going outside.

Room Tip: When you get there, ask to be in the tower section. There is a low-rise section of the hotel and th...

From the outside, this hotel is definitely not awe inspiring, but walk into the lobby and your opinion will change. The hotel is beautiful, the staff welcoming and friendly, the rooms clean and updated. The food in the executive lounge could be improved, (too much fried food) but otherwise, everything about my stay at the hotel was good. I would stay here again!

Room Tip: Stay in the tower rooms...the "loft suites" are dated.

Beautifully decorated! The rooms had the modern touch and the room service for our little ones was delicious, just expensive! (not what the menu said) As for the beds; all springs no comfort! The walls are also fairly thin! On a side note we also attended a holiday party there and the food was atrocious as well as the service! Probably won't return!

I have to say they do it right at the sheraton. I am starting to travel to slc more and more every month and i have requested to stay here. The front desk is super nice, I have noticed sometimes its smoother to check in late at night. Justin? I think his name is, is really worth checking in later he is funny and makes my day every time i see him. Susan at the bar is also awesome, i think she only works on the weekends though

I stay at the sheraton pretty much everytime I go to SLC for work. it is very central downtown and close to everything there. The wings in the bar are fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice, typical sheraton room. I'd recommend you ask for a club level room, they seem to be nicer.

Room Tip: club level

so often very large hotels like this are impersonal and unfriendly.
Everyone at this Sheraton was super-helpful, and nothing was too much bother.
That's what makes a difference at the end of the day and the staff here seem to understand that.
Standard generally good on all aspects and what you would expect from a Sheraton but don't always get!

Room Tip: some parts of the hotel have a long walk from lobby or elevator to the actual room so worth checking...

Although I primarily reserved a room to take my son swimming --- we live a few miles from the hotel (pool is closed during winter months). We enjoyed the hotel -- the lobby is decorated very nicely at Christmas time. We ate dinner in the restaurant --- I loved the ambience of the restaurant -- there was a lot of dark wood in it and very warm inside. Abraham in the restaurant was awesome! I love the Starbucks in the lobby....my son really enjoyed getting drinks in there. There was a fire pit outside and some people were standing by it....very nice atmosphere. The rooms are very nice.....beautiful hotel! My son found lots of neat things in the gift shop and really liked playing the checkers in the lobby.
