“Always reliable”
Reviewed 4 March 2014

Toasters has very good sandwiches. Some of the soups are a bit bland for my taste, but the salads are freshly-prepared when ordered. It's a cozy spot to spend a bit of time.

“Best place for sandwiches. Located across from the Salt Centre”
Reviewed 31 January 2014

Stopped in for lunch last week. Warning, if there is an event at the Salt Centre, either show up at 11 or after 2pm. The place is jammed otherwise and seating inside is very limited. But, the sandwich is worth the wait. I had the Turkey Avocado, so good. It's a popular spot, so just hang in there if there is a line. Need a place like this where I live.

“Nice lunch spot during a convention”
Reviewed 16 July 2013

located right across the street from the Salt Palace, this is the perfect place for lunch. Nice sandwiches on toasted bread, dressed with balsamic vinegar... Price is right, food is great. Ate here 3 days in a row. Glad I found it the first day.

“HUGE portions; great value”
Reviewed 3 July 2013

If you are looking for a light snack, DO NOT come to Toasters. This is a great spot for large portioned meals. Great food - healthy options abound with staff willing to accommodate special dietary needs. Awesome healthy salads, large sandwiches. Varied menu which is somewhat unusual. Bon Appetit!

“Small, near the Salt Palace”
Reviewed 25 June 2013

You can't beat the fresh wild caught wild salmon salad especially for the price, $9.50. It was very filling and comes with a fist size ciabatta roll. Service is quick and seating limited. There are a few seats outside with shade trees.
