The room was okay. The only complaint about the room we had was the airco. The airco was not working very well. So it was really hot in the room. The hotel had free internet acces. The hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast was simple but okay.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to de centre of Salt Lake City, close to restaurants and close to the interstate.

Overall we were satisfied about this hotel.

Not functioning: Entrance door on top floor, internet, air conditioning (101 temp outside) , ice machine on top floor.
Dirty: Floors in room and hotel, and uncleaned tables at breakast.
Asked for second floor to be able to see out. One window totally covered with ivy and dirt, other obuscured by tree and dirt.
Staff said the correct words to be helpful, but were over worked, i.e., rushed.
Breakfast; Worst one we have had in 43 states and 33 countries, none was better.

My Wife and I stayed at this Hotel last year on the way to Las Vegas and we wished we were staying longer. This year we stayed 3 nights and we are having a hard time understanding all of the complaints in the reviews? The room was extremly clean and smelt very fresh. We got a King Sized bed and the room was very spacious. The pool was great and if your not being loud they don't seem to mind if you swim later than 10 p.m. The location is great, very easy to get to from the I-15. Front Desk staff was very helpfull and friendly. Only downfall for us is the free breakfast is 6-9 and most are until 10. Not a big deal though. We did eat the breakfast a year ago and it was great. Not sure if it's changed but it had pancakes sausage etc. I find that so many people are so picky and negative when writing reviews. If your laid back and don't expect Gold plated shower heads, your going to enjoy this hotel. Ask for a room close to the pool, our room was about a 15 second walk away.

Very dirty rooms and staff that went home very early every night.
We had a electric socket hanging off the wall that a child could put it's hand behind and despite twice telling reception it was still hanging off the wall when we left.

We went to SLC to watch our beloved BSU Broncos WOOP UP on the Utes. We made our plans late, so we couldn't get a B&B, but it turned out that we didn't need one. Our room was in the most northerly building on the site. It was very clean and quite large. Our internet worked just fine and we didn't experience any bed bugs, large gaps under the doors, or broken heating/cooling systems. Granted we didn't spend much time in the room. The pool and hot tub were still open for the season and the weather was quite warm for the last days of September, first days of October. The hot tub is HUGE. The pool is pretty big as well. The temperatures on both were just right. I don't remember much about breakfast, so for us it obviously wasn't bad. It wasn't memorable so it must not have been super special either. We'd probably be back, and based on other reviews, I'll be sure to ask for a room in the same building.

Gross place. The air didn't work, the room was musty, the bed had a broken leg, the door had a huge gap under it and bugs were crawling in. Couldn't open the window cause there wasn't a screen in it, although I guess it wouldn't have mattered since there was 2 inch gap under the door.
