Stopped in for lunch, took advantage of the buffet and added a slice of margarita pizza. Can't visit a pizza place without trying a slice. The pizza sauce is very sweet, if that's not your bag, then you e been warned. Taste was fresh and savory. According to the staff they only have one pizza sauce. I will say the sauce on the eggplant parm, was different than the pizza sauce and delicious. Homemade sauces, sausage, nd salad dressings but a few dishes were fresh frozen and did not match the level of attention as the others. Definitely worth the visit, but give feedback to the owners, they are very friendly. I see great potential.

This is one of the best places to eat Italian food in Corpus Christi. It's campy and quaint. Bright lights and serious pizza. If you REALY know pizza and that means New York Pizza you will love this place. If you like the cardboard, crispy crust, mass produced pizzaola sauce used by the pizza chains you won't like the pizza here. It's just plain good. Homemade mozzarella can't be beat.

It used to be that Grimaldis was the only place to get a good pizza, but their prices are ridiculous. I recently paid $26.00 for a large pizza there that barely fed 2. Thankfully, there is now an excellent alternative in town. The pizza is real NY style that is made in a real pizza oven (not a conveyer belt like just about every other pizza place in corpus). The place looks and SMELLS like an east coast mom and pop pizzeria and the prices are more than reasonable. The owner is as friendly as can be and the servers are almost too attentive. The place isn't much to look at but the best pizzerias never are. Kind of hard to find as it is tucked back into a strip center that doesn't face the road, but keep looking. It is worth it and corpus needs this place.

Ordered the Manicotti, fairly large serving size, it was good but not great. Reasonable at $5.95. Also ordered the garlic bread for a dollar, also good but not great, a little to much butter and garlic, not cooked quite enough. Also had a slice of pizza which was very good NY style pizza. Would suggest take out, place not really set up for good service on dine in. Nice people ! Would order take out pizza next time.

Pizza is one of my most favorite foods and I consider myself a snobby foodie. I'm sorry, but this places was just not good. We got the sicilian pie, half pepperoni, half canadian bacon. Not one aspect was enjoyable. None of their ingredients are fresh. The canadian bacon looked like the ham out of lunchables (i couldn't even get myself to eat it) and you could tell they use the frozen shredded cheese, as it was not all melted together- you could see the individual cheese shreds. Even the crust was not enjoyable. Not to mention the waitstaff is awkward and wouldn't stop asking us if we liked it. Before we had even taken a bite. Anyways, i love food, i love pizza, i do not love this place. Even if the guy is from NY-doesn't mean the pizza is good.
