The building itself is dated. There are loose wires hanging down from the ceiling. When we made it to our room there were two dead bolts plus a lock on the door knob. The door had blood on it. So many locks on a door made me feel like it was unsafe place to stay. We opened the door and there were bunk beds right in your face. If you were a large person or in a wheel chair you could not squeeze past them to get to the living area/kitchen. The bunk beds were not safe. They started to lean they are not hooked on top of each other properly. Only a thin metal piece on the corners. So we could not use top bunk at all. One kid slept on filthy couch and the other slept on bottom bunk. Floors were sticky and black. Shower was molded. Dust and sand on everything. We had to wear our shoes constantly even in shower or our feet would turn black. My husband walked out onto the balcony and it started sinking. He said it is rotted and it was to dangerous for us to walk out there. We called Linda and she refused to give us our money back. She said she would call her maid and have her come over and clean up and she never came. Plus there was loud construction going on every morning at 6:30 am!
