Steve and Kara were so welcoming! We so enjoyed lounging in our room that evening eating their very yummy cookies and sipping hot tea!! We can't wait to go back!!

As my review title states, I live in Albuquerque and highly recommend the Heritage and Spy House B & B run by Steve and Kara Grant. I recently downsized my housing situation in the past year and found myself in need of a reputable and hospitable place where I could house out of town guests (including my Mom!) on their visits to Albuqerque. I am so happy to have found Steve, Kara and their B & B's! They are very welcoming and the now several guests I have housed there from all over the country - Austin, Boston and Los Angeles - have all LOVED their stays! As a resident who often is juggling my own schedule with during these visits, I appreciate Steve and Kara making the guests feel at home as well as the fact that they have great recommendations for things to do in ABQ. Downtown and Old Town are also walkable or a very short taxi ride from the B & B. Also, I love the fact that I can come down each morning and (for a small additional fee) have breakfast with my guests. Whether you're visiting from out of town or are a resident like me who is looking for a great place to house visitors - you can't go wrong with this establishment!

What a fantastic B&B. Steve & Kara the owners were like family. The location in town couldn't be better. This B&B is rich in history, mystic, and intrigue. The rooms are throwbacks to a bygone era and so comfortable. The food Steve & Kara cooked was so original and delicious and with portions that could feed a football player. This was truly a wonderful experience and not to be missed if you are staying in Albuquerque..

We have just spent a fantastic spring break in Albuquerque. The Ivy room in the Heritage house was perfect. Spotlessly clean and perfectly sized for 2 adults and 2 children. Steve and Kara were the perfect hosts - warm, friendly, welcoming and full of information to help make our vacation a huge success. The breakfasts were out of this world and kept us going for the whole day!! The highlight for my children was having the chance to play with Steve and Kara's 4 delightful children at the end of each day - firm friendships were formed and we look forward to returning sometime soon. Thanks so much to all of you!!

Very cozy, clean, nice, quiet, safe B&B which is walking distance to the convention center. Owners take direct interest in the management and organization since they live next door. Left early to attend meeting at the convention center before B&B official breakfast time, but Kara and Steve (owners) had enough snack, fruit and self preparable breakfast ready in the kitchen. It was freezing temperature outside, but the house was warm and cozy inside. Would love to go there again and again.
