I had a room at the hotel attached to the casino/theater at the Route 66 complex. The hotel is fairly small for a casino complex. but the rooms are fairy new and the rooms have a view of interstate 40 and the desert. Internet access is complimentary, and there is one of the best buffets in the area and other restaurants that are good. l was there to attend a concert, and it was very nice to have a room close to the venue, and not have to fight the parking lot and driving back to Albuquerque with several thousand people. The price for a room is higher than the Las Vegas strip/downtown area, but in line with Albuquerque hotel prices, and cheaper than most in the medium/high price range.
