“BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!”
Reviewed 6 June 2009

We stayed at the Staybridge suites from may 31st-June 6th. We had never been to New Mexico, so when it came time to looking for a hotel with a good Price, We were blessed to find the Staybridge suites.

Everything from the Free Food, staff, cleanliness, rooms, free internet, free laundry service, EVERYTHING, I mean Everything, was great. The best part of our stay was shuttle service (Free as well!!). My mother and I were here with my father because he had business to attend, and with the shuttle service, we did not have to drop or pick him up, the hotel did everything for us. If we needed to find somewhere to eat, the staff was helpful, a grocery store, the staff was helpful. When we asked if they new of any good nail places, they reccomended a great place.

The Staybridge suites is GREAT FOR EVERYONE EVEN KIDS!!!
They have a MOVIE ROOM, (just ask the front desk, pick a movie, and enjoy..the best part.. FREE!!!!)
They have a computer room... where kids/adults can use the internet, print anything one may need. (EVERYTHING IS FREE!!! EVEN THE PRINTER, FAX,ETC. They come complete with supplies as well)
The Fitness Room: Is Great.. Clean, nice and comfortable!!! (Free as well!!)

I am very pleased and happy to give this hotel positive feedback because they made us feel at ease. All the staff would always greet us with a friendly smile and always ask how we were doing.

Rooms: The rooms were GREAT... They had full kitchens, with everything. The rooms were always clean and attended too. When we noticed our toilet was missing a screw, the front desk sent someone to fix it right away.

Food: Now, I know a lot of places say continental breakfast, however, we were not expecting the food that the staybridge suites had. Were talking make your own waffle machine (WITH ALL THE TOPPINGS YOU CAN THINK OF!), eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, cream of wheat, Fresh Fruit, bagels, toast, muffins, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, soda fountain machine. I am talking great food.
Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30-7:30 they would have a sundowners hour. During this time, they had Pizza, salad, pasta one day, build your own nachos the next day, build your own baked potato, etc etc. Each day had something great to offer and eat (INCLUDING DESSERT!!). The staff was very attending, and if we ever needed anything, they would make sure we were happy. The best part is..... ITS ALL FREE. With the free breakfast every day and the sundowners hour during the week, we saved a lot of money. They do have a tip Jar.. soooo we always left a good tip because we weren't going out to eat everyday. With having the full kitchens, we were also able to save money because we made food a couple of the days in our stay.

As you can see, we have nothing but great things to say about the Staybridge suites. We do not have one complaint.... and we hope everyone else, enjoys the Staybridge suites!!!

Thanks Staybridge Suites!!!!

We stayed at the airport Staybridge Suites for one night, to catch an early flight. It was very clean & comfortable, and a great value. Our only issue was that they did not start their complimentary shuttle until 7 AM - we needed to book a taxi instead. Would be nice if their shuttle ran earlier. But otherwise this was a very pleasant stay.

After my sons basketball tourney, we made a last minute decision to stay in town. I/We did not really budget for an overnight stay. While looking around the immediate area for a room with a pool for our son. We were on the receiving end of repsonses such as:

"Not open"
" It's being utilized by a birthday party"
"We do not honor veteran discount rates" (APPAULING)

Finnaly, after attempting to check into a neighboring hotel, where the front desk staff were ignoring our, and another potential patron(s) presence, my son actually advised me of having spotted your establishment next door. After having been immediately attended to. We were on the receiving end of the few liitle things we we looking for:

The pool is indeed open and heated.
"We do honor a military discount"
Oh, and let us not forget. B-fast served until 1030.( huge plus)

The front desk staff were coureos and friendly from the very moment of cheking-in to the moment we checked out. I have never heard of your chain before this stay, but I can tell you that our stay was the very icing on an unexpected overnight stay away from home with our son.

**Thank you for honoring a veteran with an affordable rate!!!!!!

My partner and I like suite hotel rooms when we can afford them, because we have wildly different sleep schedules. We chose this hotel for our recent trip to Albuquerque because it was the least expensive suite hotel near the airport and it is completely nonsmoking. It's quite new and the hallways still smelled like new carpet, but the room didn't.

We were very well treated by the desk staff; they went out of their way to make restaurant suggestions on the night we arrived, and they always greeted us with a smile on our way in and out. Also they made sure we got a cab to the airport (the hotel provides an airport shuttle, but it did not run at 4:30 am).

The rest of the hotel staff were polite and friendly too.

We appreciated that breakfast was included in the price of the room, that breakfast was available for several hours, and that there were some hot, high-protein food options. The food options changed from day to day (eg., cheese omelettes one day, scrambled eggs the next) and the quality varied. If you wanted something that had run out you needed to ask the kitchen staff, but they were accommodating. Mid-week the hotel served an afternoon snack/light dinner. We didn't try that.

The 1 bedroom suite was very clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. In the hotel services binder there was a mini-cookbook that I thought was insanely cute. The recipes ranged from "combine 1 can of beans and 1 can of stewed tomatoes" to some stuff that took a lot of steps.

There was a good-sized LCD HD TV in each room and a pretty large selection of free TV channels.

The tub/shower were reasonably sized. The bathroom fan was noisy. The shower head was out of my reach, which is becoming distressingly common in hotels lately. (Do they think that people under 6 feet don't need to move the shower head?)

Long-stay guests get service once a week. As a short-stay guest you were supposed to be able to get the room serviced every day, but we left the do not disturb magnet on the door most of the time. We were not disturbed, which we appreciated. (In a lot of hotels cleaning staff will try to come in even if they see the sign.) The cleaning staff left printed notes on the door that said "We tried to service your room but we saw the do not disturb magnet so let us know if you need anything."

The bed was very comfortable, but too high. There was an accessible electrical outlet near the bed. There were loads of electrical outlets, actually. Both wired and wireless Internet were free and worked flawlessly.

There was a window in each room and it opened a few inches. One thermostat controlled the temperature of the whole suite. The hotel was seriously overheated—this was February, and if we did not turn on the air conditioning in our room, the temperature of our room crept up to 76 degrees even with the windows open. The hallways were even hotter (a thermometer in the hallway read 79 one day).

The hotel has no room service but has a small convenience store with snacks and frozen dinners, open 24 hours a day. Prices at the convenience store were quite reasonable (e.g., $1 for a 20 oz soda). There is no restaurant within walking distance but there are a number of diner-type restaurants within a short driving distance, at least one of which was open 24 hours.

If we need to stay near the Albuquerque airport again, we will stay at this hotel. It's not really convenient to any place else.

We had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites hotel! The hotel itself is brand new and in beautiful condition. We had a 2 bedroom suite, complete with kitchen, living room, 3 tv sets, 2 bathrooms, granite countertops and exquisitely an clean decor. When we arrived (2 hours before check-in), the front desk staff made us feel so very important as they rushed to prepare our room and offered refreshments while we waited in the comfy lobby. The room was spacious and decorated so stylishly, I told my husband we should live in a place like this. They have a theater room, mini-golf, hot tub, pool, included breakfast and free laundry facilities. To make things even better, I forgot my coat in the hotel room after we checked out and didn't realize it until a week later. The hotel staff was kind enough to ship it to my home in another state. This Staybridge Suites was so impressive we will definitely stay there again.
