Outdated, filthy dirty, smelly rooms, disgusting guest laundry, carpting, wallpaper, paint, vanities, mirrors, furniture in TOTAL disrepair. Pocket door falling off track, sinks, toilets, bath tubs scratched, stained, disgusting. Silicon caulking moldy. NEVER AGAIN. Choice Hotels should be ashamed to allow their name be associated with this property. DON'T STAY HERE.

Room Tip: Don't stay here.

Stayed several times at this hotel. And when they have a special you can not beat the price and value. Nice big rooms with sleeper sofas and separate living area. They could do with an update as the TVs are old and decor could do with a face lift. Breakfast is great with waffles, sausage and eggs. Add the breakfast to the cost and this is a great deal. Luz is the breakfast lady and she is great and remembers regular guests. Pool is a good size but always cold. Safe airport location close for UNM and Lobos

My family likes Chpice hotels for the awesome breakfast. This location totally didnt live up to it. The fruit basket had rotten apples in it. The scrambled eggs were disgusting. I have had re-constituted eggs that were better- seriously. There wasn't any ketchup to cover it up either. I'm gluten- free, so the eggs and fruit were the only things I could have. The milk pitchers were empty too.

On the positive side, the room was OK. It's obviously seen some rough treatment. We weren't given two bars of soap. Luckily I had a spare in the suitcase. They probably would have brought some up, but once you are wet, who wants to ask? The second day ( yes, we stayed two nights since it was close to the airport) they shorted us on towels.

The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke, but the room was OK. Smelled like an older hotel room.

We have stayed at this hotel before and found it good value. The rooms are well done and clean. Breakfast is full hot meal but typical of many others. Eating area is ample and clean. Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to our meeting place for business. This hotel is in good condition though it needs some more tlc. Our room was nice and clean. The bathroom base boards were peeling off and can of become a tripping hazard if not repaired. The breakfast was hot and coffee was ok. Would stay here again not bad for the price. Good customer service.

We stayed here while we attended and Isotopes baseball game. The location is great it’s just down the road from Isotopes Park. We were checked in by Goldie she was friendly and suggested we take a room on the 3rd floor since it’s quieter than the 1st and 2nd floors. Our room was clean and comfy we had no complaints the extra amenities (fridge, microwave, hair dyer etc...) all worked fine. The 3rd floor was quiet we didn’t hear much noise from other guests in the hall or neighboring rooms, we did hear some noise from a motorcycle in the parking lot during the night but other than that we had a pleasant stay and the price for the night was better than other hotels in the area

Room Tip: 3rd floor is quiet

Great for a family of 5 as rooms are big and parents can have separate bedroom. Have stayed here twice and each time found staff friendly and rooms very clean. Close to highways and restuarants and Gas station next door. Breakfast was OK.

Room Tip: Get the suite for families.
