This is a gorgeous hotel with so many beautiful nooks and comfortable crannies. It was once a Santa Fe Railroad hospital and is an amazing building. The location, just blocks from very good restaurants and only a short hop to the airport or train station, is perfect. The room we had was smallish, but very comfortable, with a king bed and was very quiet. The breakfast area is bright and cheerful with lots of room for everyone and a wide variety of choices for a very expanded continental style breakfast. The upstairs lounge is fun and handy for late night snacking. We forgot to bring our bathing suits, but the outdoor jacuzzi looked very inviting. The grounds around the buildings are not at all extensive, but are immaculately maintained. I would love to see it in the summer with plants blooming. It's a treat to stay here. Hope to be back!
