Enjoyed everything about this hotel experience. Every employee greets you with a friendly smile and goes out of their way to assist you. Every area of the hotel is immaculate, both inside and out. The fresh citrus and herb infused ice water in the lobby is very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious with frameless glass showers, hair dryer, magnified make-up mirror, nice soaps and shampoos, thick generously-sized towels and comfortable terry robes. Appreciate the cubby-like shelves for storage of toiletries and there is a subtley hidden night light underneath the sink counter. Thermostat is accurate and silent. Mini frig works great and safe is available for locking up valuables. Windows open to fresh air if you like and room-darkening shades and drapes keep the hot sun out if desired. Fresh coffee and tea available on each floor in the center area each morning. Wish tea was available at night. Complementary breakfast is excellent with several fresh juices, quiche, amazing pastries, freshly cut up melons and fruit, cereals, oatmeal, coffee, tea. We enjoyed eating outside on the beautiful patio where they have tables w umbrellas for shade, a lovely stone fountain and wooden rocking chairs. The hotel is pet friendly which initially concerned me because I have allergies but Molly, the hotel dog is a delight and well-behaved and I hardly noticed any other pets. There are specific rooms designated for pets and all the rest are pet-free. There is a nice little outdoor hot tub, no pool. The exercise room is about the only thing I would suggest needs a little help. It's small and in a basement-like room with a dank odor. However the equipment is there for those who want it. This is the only hotel I will stay in when l come to albuquerque. We slept great and were completely comfortable and relaxed.
