“Incredible Inn!”
Reviewed 1 September 2013

This exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Meem #4 which was beautifully done, with a small outside patio, but I think all the rooms are as nice. I would ask for one with a patio. The property had goats, chickens. ducks, etc. which were great fun to see (they were enclosed). The grounds were beautiful, and the food was interesting, fresh, and made from ingredients on the farm. We will be back!

“WOW”
Reviewed 23 July 2013

Did not know what to expect but went due to recommendation from a friend. Not only outstanding food but a gorgeous old Inn and organic farm on grounds that feel like a retreat into paradise. Seriously this place is worth a visit just to see it and in the beautiful north valley near the Rio Grande (you cannot see it but the fertile valley and big trees attest to it's presence). Set meal and you must have reservations (call at least a day ahead). Shop sells Lavender products made from the lavender grown at Los Poblanos.

“Support your local organic farmer”
Reviewed 25 May 2013

This organic farm is located at a historic inn and offers everything you would expect. Fields of lavender and the surrounding grounds offer many photo ops. There were farm animals and the peacocks came out at night. The white peacock was beautiful if you never viewed one. Worth an hour to visit.

“weather didn't cooperate”
Reviewed 21 April 2013

The Inn was beautiful. The grounds were gorgeous. The weather was too windy and cold to enjoy the outside very long. Several family groups met here including children with an age range of 4 to 13. We had accommodations in the new and old section all very interesting and cozy. The "farmer" was somewhat less than accommodating once she found out we hadn't paid the extra money for the "tour". The food was good but not great and we did splurge on the dinner. Again very good but not great. Staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful to the kids (except for the farmer). It would have been better if we could have enjoyed the outside a little more.

“A mini Bosque del Apache NWR within the city limits”
Reviewed 26 November 2012

Located on Montaño Road just east of Rio Grande Blvd., Los Poblanos Fields Open Space Area is a place where you can get away from it all while staying inside the city. Walkers, joggers and bicyclists ply the wide farm access roads. In the fall winter and spring there are great photo ops. for sandhill cranes, Canadian and Snow geese.During September and October the Open Space features a Corn Maze.

There are no restroom facilities.
