Lobster fest was a bust. Our lobster was way over cooked and super salty. Portions were sparse for the price charged. Very disappointing.

Red Lobster is a franchise restaurant. Many Red Lobster restaurants try to recreate the feel of older seafood establishments with all wood walls, lower ceilings, few windows. The Red Lobster on Coors in Albuquerque is not that way. It is a modern, well lit, open restaurant with lots of windows, high ceilings and modern, metal styling. We went for the Lobster Fest dinners and they were quite good. I had the Harbor Bake which included two rock lobsters, scallops, shrimp and mussels over pasta. All was quite good, but the surprise was how good the mussels were. They were tender and very tasty. Our server, Fernando, is originally from Sri Lanka, and he was excellent.
