The outside looked like a lodge, super cute! The hotel was nicely kept and room was nice and clean too! I got a room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa couch . Room had a dishwasher, small stove top, full size fridge, and a TV that was oddly place on a dresser or something off to the left of the bed. It was still a very nice hotel and a very nice room! I noticed they had a laundry basket in the very nice sized closet that was inside the bathroom. I loved the face they have Paul Mitchell shower products, very nice touch!! Night staff that checked us in was friendly, in fact she went out of her way to try to help us find out where the rattlesnake museum was. Morning staff was not as friendly but he was very professional. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast with fair share of options. I would for sure stay at this hotel again if traveling through the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime.

The hotel advertises as pet friendly, but then charged a $100 pet fee for 1 night, which was undisclosed at the time of booking the reservation. The excessive fee essentially doubled the room rate for 1 night for a well behaved clean family pet to sleep on the floor.

The hotel is nice and in a nice area.

Hotel is very clean, the staff was excellent. Check in and out easy. The location is good and has easy access to highway. Breakfast was fine just a little crowded due to a large group staying at hotel. Close to shopping and movie theatre.

We stayed at the TownPlace Suites off I25 enroute to Colorado. It seems to be a new Marriott facility and it was popular among families. Check in was easy, we we able to get a cart & haul our luggage through one of the side, card access doors. The room was small but had everything you really need in a hotel. there was a two burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and full size dishwasher. The cabinets were stocked with all one would need if you wanted to cook in your room.

There was a small love seat where you could watch TV and a comfortable bedupon which there was a note indicating that our request for "feather free" had been accommodated! There was also a desk that had a nice pull out table for dining.

The bathroom was standard and had little bottles of Paul Mitchell products (remember that brand?) For as small as the room was, there was a good amount of closet space - one with an ironing board in the "hall" opposite the "kitchen" and another in the bathroom.

The morning breakfast was quite enough though we were only expecting a "continental" offering. They had the standard bagels, English muffins, apples, bananas, yogurt, cereal, etc., but they also had a waffle maker & hard boiled eggs.

The ONLY thing that keeps this hotel from getting an 'excellent' was that at one point we thought we were in a wind tunnel with a horrendous noise out the window. Upon further inspection, it appears that the builders did not adequately level & seal the window so the wind was "howling" through. Stuffing paper towels into the open space took care of that so we were able to sleep.

Another note - convenient and within walking (across the parking lot) was a Red Robin, Pappadeaux, Texas Land and Cattle, Subway & other smaller eateries for those who have been on the road a while.

My husband, mother, and I were in ABQ in October 2012. The hotel was new and very clean. The kitchenette came in very handy since we bought 20lbs of green chile and was able to freeze and store them in the fridge. Breakfast buffet was decent however it wasn't available until 6:30am which made it hard for those trying to leave early for the Balloon Fiesta morning launch. We had a snag when checking in because the reservation was for 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Found out at check-in that the website listed it wrong; there are no rooms with 2 baths. It would have been nice for them to email me to let me know of that glitch. Overall though, it was a really nice stay/property.

We recently stayed here on our trip to Arizona and found this hotel one of the best of our trip! The rooms were clean and nicely appointed; the bed's were comfortable; and the rooms were reasonably quiet...I-25 in not an noise issue even though it is relatively close. Room rates were great the best value on our entire trip - will definitely stay here again.
