I went with a group of 8 to Church Street Cafe today for a luncheon meeting. We were seated on the patio under the arbor. It was the perfect spot to enjoy late summer weather without baking in the midday sun. Our waiter was informative, attentive, and more than willing to accommodate our requests. Menu selections included salads, quesadillas, sandwiches and breakfast items. The food was great and and reasonably priced. All in all: a great place to eat in ABQ's Old Town!

Very historic and lovely inside. Service was excellent but seem to take a long time just for a sandwich. They have a beautiful eating garden out back which I didn't see until leaving and started taking pictures. Beautiful tile work around fireplaces and garden.

My wife and I had breakfast here twice, both times in the sunny, open air patio (but with plenty of trees and shade too). Our server was helpful and friendly and the food was outstanding. The green chili was sublime.

Not only historically significant, and in a tourist area, Old Town,we dropped in early one morning whilst the town was still very quiet. Not much was open and we thought this may not be a good idea as it seemed so touristy. However, it is a delightful cafe, inexpensive and lovely food. The Huevos rancheros were really good. The house coffee was fine (a bit above average and it was the only thing that was expensive for what you received). The server was a delightful man and the cafe is beautiful to look at both inside and out. I particularly like the description of red chile and green mixed together as "Christmas".

Probably the best place to eat in Old Town. Sandwiches are fresh and not pre-made. Canadians or British - or anyone else who likes a proper cup of hot tea, make sure to ask for bag in first though as I got one of those sort-of hot cups of water with the bag on the side. Yuck! Most places don't seem to serve hot tea at all though, or only hot herbal teas, so I drank it anyway.
