Lovely park, sparkling clean restrooms and laundry room, excellent customer service, friendly hosts. Camped with our travel trailer at site#6 along the clear rushing water. So relaxing...it was hard to leave . Definitely will be our go-to campground for Rocky Mountain National Park. Best campground ever!

We just completed a lovely stay at Paradise RV park and must say that we had a fantastic time. My mother rented one of the RVs on site and her brothers/family rented the other RV. The RVs were great (Moose Meadow and Longs Peak), very clean, with little bbq area for each, including outdoor seating and a grill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The RV park has an additional bathroom/laundry area- very convenient.

Also, this place is on the shuttle route so we could get in to town without driving for shopping, walking around or for picking up the shuttle to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park.
We had a wonderful visit, nice to stay in an RV rather than just a hotel room.

Room Tip: RV on site provides good value vs. a hotel room. We really enjoyed both Moose Meadow and Longs Peak.

Everything has been said before. When we drove our RV down the tiny driveway, I have to confess I wondered if we had made a mistake. Nope! Greeted warmly as we drove in, directed capably into our site, told to check in when we got all things squared away, met four neighbors in the first 15 minutes. The cabins are very nice and well maintained. Some are right on the water, some are 20 feet off. RV sites are small but nicely kept. We have a 35' MH and I would be worried if we were over 38'.

You'll see there are several annual customers here - they come back and forth all season. Those units have customized their spaces and all seemed clean and friendly. There are some rental RVs that looked to be in great shape though I did not look inside any.

We would certainly stay here again if in the area. RMNP is a couple miles away so access is simple. Laundry in clean and works well. Restrooms are well maintained and clean.

Try it, you'll like it!

D&V

Room Tip: For RV, make sure you are right on the river

We read the excellent reviews of this place on Tripadvisor before booking, but weren't sure what to expect since it is also an RV campground. We were not disappointed. It was a tranquil, beautiful, convenient location away from the crowds in downtown Estes Park.

The owners were a pleasure to deal with from booking reservations right through check out.

We stayed in the Elk's Crossing cabin. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could have needed to make our stay comfortable - including a deluxe grill my husband now wants for our home. The cabin's location right on the river was so serene. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the river and mountains.

We weren't sure what to expect here. The photos looked great, but it was adjacent to an RV park. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the River Bend cottage, which had the best view of the stream that ran behind the property. Two elk crossed the stream right outside our patio, as we sipped wine and had dinner. There is absolutely no noise, except the sound of the creek flowing by. The RV's are dead quiet, not an eyesore, and the owners have really kept up the place. Four of us stayed in a cabin with a queen and pull-out sofa. For 16 and 13 year olds, the sofa is getting old, so next time we'd get a bigger unit. Every unit is on the river. Town is about 10 minutes away by car, except during "rush hour" on a summer weekend, when the entire state of Denver seems to converge on Estes Park. Stay away from downtown on Saturdays in the summer. Couldn't recommend this place any higher. We plan to go back next year. And we're from California!

We stayed Aug. 16-18, 2013 in the cabin Elk's Crossing - it was a wonderful, cute, and peaceful little cabin. When I made the reservation the lady was so sweet and helpful - it turns out she was one of the camp hosts. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) it has a full/queen bed and 2 bunks (I think there is a pull out sofa - we didn't use it). They thought of EVERYTHING!!! From kitchen items (dishes, pots, pans) to extra paper products, garbage bags, and bath soap. The hosts are very friendly and thoughtful. They are right across the office - and we were able to get extra towels. The cabin is right on the river and there is a table and chairs on the deck over looking the river. We loved this place!!! It was hard to leave - perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the wild life (mile deer, elk, and deer) that come by in the evening. Cleanliness is extremely high on my list and it was immaculate!!!! Thank you Paradise on the River!!! For the wonderful memories. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!!!
