We were so pleased with our stay. This is a renovated motel and the renovation is really well done. The thoughtful design, creative use of materials and overall aesthetic made for a great room. Add an incredibly comfortable bed, soft bedding, a great shower and a manager, Ryan, who could not have been more accommodating- and you get an amazing night. Oh- and a beautiful Mountain View, pool, spa and an outdoor fire pit, with one of Estes Park’s best restaurants within walking distance. Book a night here and you will not be disappointed.

Friendly young people at the desk. Our room was newly renovated in a mountain motif. It was very clean. There was a small refrigerator, microwave coffee pot, table and chairs, iron and ironing board. There was free WiFi and cable tv. We did not take advantage of the pool, hot tub or fire pit. We had a mountain view and heard an elk bugle early morning. We booked last minute, and many places were already full. We were looking to pay about $150 per night. With taxes, our bill was $209. It is an ideal time of year to visit Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park with the moderate temperatures, fall colors, and elk rutting. We ate dinner at the Chop House and had a delicious steak and breakfast at The Other Side. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed here during the Elk rut season. We were in a western double room. The beds and the bathroom were small but everything worked, the beds were comforable, and all was very clean. The shower was recently re-tiled and in great shape. The room had AC and heat plus the windows opened. The wifi was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel room. The restaurant next door (Bird and Jim) is a great place to eat. The location is perfect as you are just minutes from the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP.

Room Tip: If you can swing it go for a balcony room - you can enjoy the sun set over Long's Peak on your balcony.

A no thrills-dated- comfortable-clean motel without all of the bells and whistles. We got the room with the balcony that presented us with a spectacular view of the mountains. The bathroom is definitely on the small side as the actual vanity is outside of the shower and toilet. Check-in was fast and friendly. A very quiet and relaxing motel that does enough to get the job done.

The room was very clean. Was recently updated and redone very well. Great location to entrance to rocky mtn. Park. Close to downtown estes. Nice staff! Maybe consider in bathroom putting a hook on back of door for towel. Right now there isn't a good place for towels except a bar over toilet which is kind of awkward. Love the fire pit outside the hotel!
