Stopped on our way through Estes Park for a quick lunch, while the service was friendly (and they have their own parking!) the food was mediocre at best. My husband had the carne asada, which literally means "grilled meat." What he had looked more like pulled brisket. I had the chipotle chicken which looked and tasted like boiled chicken.
There was very little flavor to anything. Meat: bland. Salsa: bland. Guacamole: bland. Even the chips were tasteless. The rice was sticky and the bean made a clicking noise being poured into the foil container.....not done cooking. :-(
I don't want to bash a restaurant. I don't. I'm all for the small business man/woman surviving. But when you are in a high-tourist town on the main strip, you really count on people coming in once. And this one is not worth your time, even once.

As a previous reviewer wrote gluten-free, MSG-free, and their food is fresh with no additives. Many think when you order a veggie burrito; it will have no flavor, will you are wrong. The staff was friendly and did not rush you, when you are trying to decide what to order. I will return probably later in the week.

Look at the picture I took, look at the size of the burrito!

Giving this a five star review because the food was so good for a "fast food" restaurant. Service was guick and friendly and the dishes were well priced.
We both ordered a veggie burrito and were amazed by the flavor of it. We did not miss the meat. A really interesting perk was the sweet potato in it, never had that in a mexican dish before. Gave it the right "kick".

Would definetely come again!

We are vegetarians on a trip to the Rocky Mountain national park and arrived in Estes Park during the lunch hour. We happened to come by this restaurant by chance, but ended up liking both the food and quick service. They have good and tasty burritos with plenty of vegetarian options. Their spicy salsa is really spicy but very tasty as well. It is also a relatively inexpensive place to eat at. We will definitely recommend this place.
