Stopped on our way through Estes Park for a quick lunch, while the service was friendly (and they have their own parking!) the food was mediocre at best. My husband had the carne asada, which literally means "grilled meat." What he had looked more like pulled brisket. I had the chipotle chicken which looked and tasted like boiled chicken.
There was very little flavor to anything. Meat: bland. Salsa: bland. Guacamole: bland. Even the chips were tasteless. The rice was sticky and the bean made a clicking noise being poured into the foil container.....not done cooking. :-(
I don't want to bash a restaurant. I don't. I'm all for the small business man/woman surviving. But when you are in a high-tourist town on the main strip, you really count on people coming in once. And this one is not worth your time, even once.
