This restaurant is in dire need of a makeover and new management. They were out of the menu item I ordered, not sure how you "run out" of chicken if that's your specialty, but ok. Substituted with what they had left, 4 chicken legs, really!?? Napkins were all over the counter, straw dispensers empty, large box of plastic silverware on the pick up counter, just to name a few of the many things wrong with the place. We ate our make shift meals outside and staff locked the door behind us. English is a second language there so it is a huge barrier when trying to communicate.
