“The bunkhouse”
Reviewed 18 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Awesome place to stay. Estes was beautiful and the bunkhouse was an awesome place to call home while we were there. Very clean, relaxing and lots of space. We had plenty of company as we were visited by humming birds and others at least twice a day.

“Great central location”
Reviewed 9 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The place was cute and immaculate. Also well stocked with towels, garbage bags, soap, ect. Wifi was excellent, which my kids loved! Great location about 4 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and .8 miles from downtown. (So a hike to town, not a simple stroll). It is not a secluded house, you will hear the traffic from the highway, but the charming water features do help drown it out. The house is a tri-plex. It has two other units attached to it. We stayed at the largest which has one bedroom and a murphy bed. I had my two teenagers with us and it was a tight fit. Especially with one bathroom. I would stay there again but add one of the other units to our reservations.

The family that owns the places are responsive and friendly. I would give this place consideration when looking at Estes Park.

“Perfect”
Reviewed 23 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

The Bunkhouse was perfect for our visit to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was great for walking to town and for getting to the Falls River entrance to the Park. The place itself was comfortable and perfect for two of us. We will definitely consider staying here again.

“Home away from home”
Reviewed 17 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Loved the accommodations at the bunkhouse. Well appointed, well designed, well maintained, clean, comfortable. Great location with easy 1/2 mile walk to town for two fit individuals, but also a bit of relief from the noise and bustle of town.

“Great location”

Great location in Estes Park. Close to downtown and Rock Mountain National Park - and the cinnamon roll bakery across the street. Responsive and thoughtful owners too.

We loved this place. First of all the owners are very nice and very easy to work with. Any questions before and during our stay were promptly answered. The property itself is exactly what we were looking for. Clean, cozy, updated decor and plenty of room for two adults.
The owners have thought of everything! They provide just about anything you can imagine. Spices, coffees, pancake mix/syrup, ziploc baggiees, sun screen.... you get the picture.
We loved the location. Nice view, plenty of wildlife and close enough to town you can walk.
Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

This place was perfect for our long weekend in Estes Park. Very clean and well kept. The location was perfect! Close to town, but you still get a secluded feel with beautiful mountain views. We were given information about local restaurants and popular hiking trails that were helpful. We would recommend The Bunkhouse to anyone and would love to return to Estes Park in the near future.
